Coraline
Mice came and led me to a door
That was blocked off with cement the day before
So she got the key
and unlocked it quickly
That's when it all happened
when it all came to life
a fantasy, a dream
in the middle of the night.
A life with a new family
with buttons on their eyes
it was all perfect
to good to despise
Their button eyes like swords
emotions tied up in cords
She can chose to live in the light
or go into a world of twisted fright
