Chapter Six: The Intruders Meet An Intruder

Narrator POV

You make it back to Edd's house, which luckily, the door is unlocked. You look behind you making sure Tom is following, but you see Tom, back to normal. Well, almost normal. He still has his horns. And several tears in his hoodie. '' Hurry up. They aren't gonna be at the bar for long. Unless it's packed. '' You say. Tom starts moving slightly faster. '' I can't really move a lot faster than this. '' Tom says. You wait for him inside. 

'' Alright. I'm here. Thanks for bringing me back. '' Tom says, panting and hanging his arm around your shoulder. '' You're welcome! I really don't mind. '' You reply. The sound of metal crashing onto the ground comes from upstairs. '' What was that...? '' You ask. Tom rushes upstairs, going into his room immediately. You follow hesitantly, hoping that something terrible isn't happening. 

Once you get upstairs, you see Tom in his room with someone faceplanted onto the ground in front of an open window. Tom couldn't exactly see who it was, and you couldn't either. '' Get up, bastard. Show yourself. '' Tom snaps.

 The person gets up and puts their hands up in the air. The figure seems to be wearing an overcoat. Tom turns on the light, freezing in place. Almost like it was a familiar face. You were correct that the man was wearing an overcoat. A blue one, to be exact. A red hoodie was worn underneath. The right sleeve was pulled up with a robot arm. Did he lose an arm? You can't tell. And last, but not least, the eye patch. His face in general is scarred, but around the eye there are deep scars. Not to mention the bags under his eyes are a double to the horror. '' Tom, who is that...? '' You ask. You get no response. You can only hear growling. Tom's monster features are back, mostly. You watch as Tom's two eyes slowly morph to one. You back away slowly, but you get stopped by the man. '' No need. I'll make sure he won't bite. '' The man says, comforting, but with a sinister tone. '' He's not going to hurt me! I've seen this before, the only people he seems to attack are people that oppose as a threat! '' You say, hoping you can come to logical terms with the man before both Tom and him do something absolutely insane. 

'' It doesn't matter if he kills anyone or not. All that matters is that my experiment is complete. ''
