Chapter 7: Caught And Confused

'' All that matters is that my experiment is complete. '' 

Narrator POV

What?! What experiment? Tom didn't mention an experiment, did he? What if this guy is some crazy scientist? 

All these thoughts scramble in your head. Your frozen in place. All you can do is hope that either one of them don't do something absolutely insane. You can only muster out a few words. '' Who are you? '' You ask in a demanding tone. The man doesn't seem intimidated, but amazed. '' You can just call me The Red Leader. '' The man replies. '' YOUR REAL NAME, BASTARD! '' You snap. Tord backs away. Tom doesn't seem like he even needs to attack. He stays put. '' Fine. Tord. I'm Tord. Now can you leave me be? Your just as annoying as Jehovah's Witness here. '' He replies. Tom's eye widens and he lunges at Tord. You get pushed back by Tord, being previously in front of him. Did he just save your life or something? 

'' Oh, Thomas. You don't know when to quit, do you? '' Tord asks with a sinister tone. He pushes himself over quickly, allowing Tom to charge into the wall. 

'' TOM! '' You yell in shock. 

You hear voices from downstairs. '' YN? Is that you up there? What's all the noise? '' Edd's voice asks you. You can hear him coming up. Oh boy. This'll be fun. '' Faen. '' Tord mutters under his breath. What language is that, Norwegian? You shouldn't worry about it now, since Edd will be in the doorway sometime soon. Tom gets up, growling at Tord, but holding back. He seems to know that Edd's coming upstairs. 

Edd's POV

I'm rushing inside the house. The door was left wide open, and Tom's window was broken, so it's not a good sign of anything. I rush up to Tom's room. For once it's open, but a lot of confusing things were happening in there. I saw (YN) against the wall closest to the window, that monster thing I had to fight when Eduardo and I had powers, and.... Tord? 

Why is Tord here?! I thought he left and was never going to come back! He ditched us, and even admitted his plans in front of me. What the hell is going on?! 

'' (YN), please explain what happened! Your the only one in the room that I CAN TRUST! '' I say, gesturing my anger at Tord. Tord shows no signs of guilt, sitting on Tom's bed. '' Well uh.... Tord broke in and Tom transformed. That's the short version. '' (YN) says. Wait, Tom? Transforming? THIS IS GETTING EVEN MORE CONFUSING BY THE SECOND! 

The monster, who is up against the wall, is seemingly reverting into a human. Wait.... Tom? Oh. So (YN) wasn't just overreacting. It really was Tom. But why?! How?!
