Me: when are you guys going back home?

Emily: Next Friday or Saturday

Emily: I'm leaving as soon as I can!

Rose: I'm leaving with Jordan the week after Emily

Me: I'm leaving on Sunday

Me: Same week as Rose

Emily: Why are you leaving so late

Me: Why are you leaving so early

Me: Don't you want to spend more time with us?

Emily: It's only a three/ four week holiday

Emily: plus, don't you want to study or something?

Emily: Exams start when next term start

Me: I can study while being on campus

Emily: or maybe you want to spend more time with your Eugene

Me: Don't you want to spend more time with Dave

Emily: nah

Emily:  I'm going to use winter break as an excuse :))))

Me: lmao

Another screen suddenly pops up along with the buzz of my phone, a call from back home.

"Hello,"

"Camilla!" Ally exclaims.

"Ally, how's everything back home?"

"It's all good, mom started bringing some Christmas decorations home already, when will you be back?"

"Maybe next, next week."

"Could you come home sooner, I want to put up the decorations with you and Cameron too."

"I'll tell Cameron but no promises alright,"

"Okay! And also, Alicia wanted to talk to you. She said that she missed you guys." Alicia? Really? Of all people.

"Really?"

"Yeah, she told me that yesterday night."

"Ally!" I hear Alicia screaming in the background, looks like something's about to go down.

"Tell her we miss her too alright," I say and blow her a kiss and cut the line, maybe I should go home early?

I leave my room with the motive of finding Cameron to discuss the matter, and he possibly could have had the same idea since I find him right in front of me when I open the door. I jump back in surprise as he looks at me, equally surprised.

"What are you standing here for?"

"I wanted to ask you some things."

"Wouldn't you have to come in to ask me them?" I say as I open the door wider and Cameron sits on my bed.

He shrugs in return and gets himself comfy. When he doesn't say anything for a while, I begin with what I wanted to say.

"I was going to look for you just now to discuss when we leave for home."

"I thought you were okay with next, next week."

"Yeah, but its seems like the littles want us home early for Christmas decoration."

"We could leave on Thursday, earliest."

"Yeah, okay."

"I'll give them a call to tell them but what I wanted to ask you was..." he says, dragging the 'was' but not continuing.
