"Marylin," Seto called to his assistant.
"Yes, Dr. Seto?" she responded in her usual chirpy voice.
"Send this to placement ward," he ordered as he handed her a file folder packed with papers.
"Oh, ok!" She took the file folder, and once out of sight, took a careful peek inside the folder.
Subject ACDAS67 Colton Stapleton

Colton tried to fight the overwhelming wave of tiredness that pulled him to the ground, closing his eyelids. If he fell asleep, there would be no telling if he would ever wake up again.
Slowly, his eyes were too heavy to stay open and he drifted away.

Colton woke up in a chair. His arms and legs were free in a small room, encased in metal.
Directly across from him, a small girl snored gently, her fire red-and-pink hair draping over her face.
"Hello?" Colton asked uncertainly.
The girl awoke with a start.
"Who are you?!?" She asked, startled.
"I could ask you the same. I'm Colton."
"I'm Rebecca," she stuttered.
"Nice to meet you," Colton said curtly with a small smile, holding out a hand.
She hesitated, before taking his hand a shaking it firmly, "Nice to meet you too."
"Any idea why we're here?" She asked.
Colton thought for a moment.
"I know why I'm here," and Colton stretched out one massive wing. Rebecca's jaw dropped to the floor
"You have WINGS?!?" She exclaimed.
"Yeah," Colton shrugged it off like the most normal thing.
"They're HUGE too!" She marveled. "You can fly?!?"
"Yep. According to this-" Colton gestured to the words on his arm,"-I'm some type of Angel."
"That's what the one on my arm says too!" Rebecca exclaimed.
"Then why don't you have wings?"
"I dunno," she shrugged. "I wish I did now. Then I could fly like you. To the 'paradise' in the clouds."
"Maybe I could take you with me."
"That would be nice."
