I'm tired of walking , I whine to Chandu while he carries trolly down the aisle to pick the butter , cheese and few vegetables .

Ah ! My legs , I whine again . I don't know why but I want him irritated .....

You won't stop like this , will you ? He asks looking at me seriously but I can see the amusement dancing on his eyes . I shake my head in no ....

Fine , he sighs and lifts me up and places me in the cart and then starts dropping junk food packets on me .

Anu , why do we need so many junk food he asks confused .

I need it Chandu now come-on take me to ice cream aisle I tell him .

But how will you complete so many packets ? He asks again .....

Because I literally feed on them during my periods , I snap . It's not me , it's definitely my pms that is making me irritated ....

Sorry , he whispers and I feel bad . I'm sorry too , I say and he smiles and pushes the trolly fast and I scream enjoying the adrenaline it suddenly gave .

Thanks to the odd timing that the store is almost empty with few sales lady looking at me with envy .

Finally picking all the items we go to billing counter with mE still in trolly .
Once near the billing counter Chandu helps me stand while most staff are giving us weird looks .

" Now see , what people are thinking "
Chandu whispers in my ears .

If what people will think , Is thought by you , Then what will people think ?

I ask him and he looks at me confused . Ofcourse that riddle makes you mad .

You're crazy , he whispers .

Tell me something I don't know , I tell him with a wink .

It's ₹ 3500 Madam . Hearing her voice I nod and pay the money in cash while Chandu holds all the bags leaving one for me to hold .

I raise my eyebrow at that and he shrugs saying can't let my girl carry bags now can we ?

I hear few aww from the staff . Uff....

Finally , we are home Chandu says stretching his arms keeping the covers on kitchen counter .

We will arrange the furniture tomorrow . Come let's sleep he says and I can't agree less .

Lucky us this house is already equipped with furniture .

We go into bedroom and sleep hits both of us once we lay on bed .

Ring_Ring_Ring ......

Shut up , Shut up , I hear a voice . I slowly open my eyes to see I'm spooned by Chandu and he's blabbering shut up in his sleep .

Ring_Ring ......

I again hear the bell of doorbell ringing and slowly struggle getting out of Chandu's hold .

At last irritated with the ringing bell and his immovable hand , I punch his arm . It really works and Chandu wakes up to thE groaning pain of my punch .

What the hell ? He asks rubbing the spot .

Let's first look who's at the door afterwards start your blah_blah I tell him and he makes faces .

I open the door while he stands behind me . As soon as I open the door , I find few ladies standing there and as they have a look at me they look at me wide eyes .

But why ?

Chandu's pov :-

God they're looking at us like we are aliens because of our night dress . It seems Anu hasn't realised why they're looking at her like that .

For a bright girl , she can be dense most of the times .

Hmm.... Anu why don't you go and change while I invite them in ? I whisper and it's then my idiot realises and rushes to bedroom to change her tank top and shorts .

Please come inside , I'm sorry we haven't set the house yet , I apologize rubbing my nape .

It's okay beta , an aunty replies looking at me from top to bottom . I feel uncomfortable with all their stares .

Where's my wife ? Isn't she supposed to protect me ? I think trying to cover my abs from their view .

No aunty , my husband is an engineer Anu says pulling me behind her covering my front . Though not full but enough for me to feel safE .

I don't know how I became this uncomfortable showing off my body because I used to love it .......
