Dan was at home when he heard the news.he suddenly felt really upset with himself when he heard about Phil.
He thought that this was all his fault. If only he told Phil how he felt instead of bullying him.
He started to cry. He ran out of the house. He needed to see Phil. He needed to tell him how he really felt. He didn't care if Phil hated him for it.
Dan just wanted to be a part of the cool popular clique. And if making fun of Phil was the only way to be in it he did just that.
He didnt want to be a part of the cool popular clique anymore. He wanted to be with Phil. That's all he wanted.
He ran all the way to the hospital. Which was 20 minutes away. He cried the whole time and finally had a moment to catch his breath when he arrived before he went into the hospital.
He went up to the counter and looked at the nurse impatiently as he waited for her to get off the phone.
"May I help you sir?" The nurse asked as she looked at him.
"Yes. Could you please tell me which room Phil Lester is in?" He couldn't wait much longer. He needed to see Phil now and the nurse apparently didn't care since she was taking her time being slow.
The nurse looked on her computer scrolling through the names of patients on the list that were staying at the hospital currently. She finally found Phil Lester and looked up at Dan. "He's staying on the second floor in room 217."
"Thank you!" Dan said as he rushed to the elevator. He finally got to the second floor and searched for room 217. He saw the room and was hesitant at first. But finally got the courage to go inside.
He walked in and was in tears again. The sight of Phil plugged to all those machines hurt him. He couldn't breathe at first.
He gently touched Phils hand and burst out crying. This could have been prevented if he was there for Phil in the beginning. But he wasn't. He regretted everything. He decided now would be a good time to tell Phil how he felt.
