Chapter 6

Tobias

At first I think it's one of the nurses. Is something wrong? I shouldn't worry. I start to walk out again. But then I hear it. Again. I turn around suddenly

Confused. And then I see her. She starts to glance around the room, confused and exhausted. Weak. But tris. Tris is alive. And awake. Oh my god. Tris. That's all I can think. Some doctors come and try to escort me out. Not know, I need her. I push past them, knocking one to the floor. J push over to the bed she lays on. I get eye contact with her. Relief and happiness spread through me. She is here, with me again. Finally. "To--- Tobias," she stutters out. " Oh my god Beatrice oh my god. I love you." "I-I-I l--ove y--you t-t-t-too," she manages to get out. " oh my god tris, your alive."

"Mr. Eaton, I apologize, but we need you to leave the room. In fact, we need you to willingly go with our guards to a holding sell, until you are found innocent or guilty for what you did to our doctors," the doctor explains.

" I will not leave tris!" I scream.

" It-it-it's o-ok T-t-T- obias," tris says.

" I WON'T LEAVE YOU AGAIN!!" I scream.

" you must come now or we will have to take you by force mr. Eaton," the doctor explains.

" G-go where th-they tell y-you T-Tobias," tris weakly says. " I love you Tobias, and I will see you soon "

She didnt stutter. I let them pull me out of the room and put me in a cell. This close to seeing tris and never leaving her side, and we are separated again.

FIVE HOURS LATER

They release me, but I can't see tris till tomorrow. They say she is too weak and needs to rest. Dang this. I just want her. I go back to my room. I just need to rest and take this all in. But she is alive. Maybe I will finally get some sleep tonight. Maybe. But I can't stop thinking about this. She never died, she never died. She NEVER DIED!!!! I can't believe it. I do the unthinkable, and I drift
