A/N: Hey everybody. Sorry it has taken so long. I finished writing this a while ago, but to be honest, I am not really satisfied with it. I will probably eventually rewrite it.

Just so you are aware, this is more of a transition story into Part 3. In Just Walk Away you saw Harry take action with the help of the non-magical government and in doing so, walk away from the wizarding world. You were also introduced to Allison Anderson. I wish I had done a  bit more character development with her, but alas, I did not this time around. This story is meant to just give you a peek at what Harry does with his life without a psychotic murderer after him. Harry may seem a bit OC, but I need him to change to fit into Part 3.

Enjoy it, or don't. Either way, here it is.

Oh and before I forget. Disclaimer: I do not own Harry Potter or any elements associated with it (Not that could ever compete with Rowling). Just having a bit of fun. I'm not looking for trouble.

Kingston University pulsed with the energy of the new school year. Clubs and organizations showed their pride as they gave orientations to new members. Exchange students stumbled through the grounds as they attempted to adjust to campus life.

At the edge of campus was a small shopping district that was bustling with last minute shoppers. There was one place however that was busier than many of the other shops in the surrounding areas. Roger's café seemed to be the center of the lively community. Customer's and barista's greeted each other with great familiarity. The sounds of coffee grinding and hot water steaming filled the café bringing a comfort to those who took refuge in the café. A small television in the corner was surrounded by a small crowd as they listened to the news.

One man entered the café, his clipboard with forms attached held loosely in one hand, with a look of determination on his face. Although he wanted to take time to enjoy the atmosphere in the café, he reminded himself that he had a job to do.

Approaching the blonde haired barista at the register, the man attempted a friendly but professional smile.

"Welcome! What can we do for you today?" The barista asked with a tense smile. It was obvious that he knew that man was there for business only.

"My name is Jack and I am here to do your fire code inspection. May I please speak to the owner?"Jack said quickly.

The barista's eyebrows rose in surprise, "Well the owner isn't here, but I can go get my supervisor for you. Maybe he can help?"

Jack nodded in acceptance and waited patiently as the barista went to a swinging door at the side of the bar.

"Hey Boss. There's someone out here for you."

A sigh of annoyance escaped the lips of the young man sitting at the desk. Putting down the papers that he was shifting through, he swept his dark hair out of his eyes revealing emerald green orbs glancing up in irritation.

"Another complaint?"

"Well, they're asking about a fire code inspection..."

He cursed as he stood and grabbed his keys off the desk. "I swear I'm gonna kill Roger if things aren't up to code." As quick as he could he grabbed all of the paperwork needed as made his way out into the café.

It had been over two years since Harry Potter had left the wizarding world. Since then he had come much further than he ever thought possible. In his first year of self imposed exile, he studied everything and anything that he could get his hands on. Kevin, had helped him by getting all of the materials and tutors needed to get caught up on his muggle education. Dudley had also been a huge help when it came to revisions.
