Dani

I'm sitting at the table eating cake Santana is talking with Kurt and Blaine Rachel is washing the dishes. I've been really quiet since I got back I guess running into Brittany made me uneasy. I mean she's hot, tall, and skinny. I'm just short and not that hot why is Santana even with me? I sigh and push my cake away from me Rachel looks at me and walks up to me.

Rachel: Everything okay?

Dani: Hm?

Rachel: Everything okay?

Dani: Oh uh yeah I'm just thinking.

Rachel: Care to share?

Rachel sits at the table next to me I sigh.

Dani: I ran into Brittany while Kurt and I were out.

Rachel: You did is that what's bugging you?

Dani: No.

Rachel: What's bugging you than?

Dani: I just don't understand why Santana is with me I mean Brittany is skinny, tall, and pretty.

Rachel: Well all I can say is that you are pretty and just right the way you are. I mean Santana chose to be with you obviously you got something that she likes and to be honest I'm glad that she is with you.

Rachel grabs my hand and squeezes it. Santana walks up to us and sees us holding hands.

Santana: Hey now Berry are you trying to steal my girlfriend?

Rachel and I laugh she lets my hand go.

Rachel: No Santana we were just talking.

Dani: Thank you Rachel.

Rachel: You're welcome.

Rachel gets up and returns to the dishes. Santana sits next to me.

Santana: What were you and Berry talking about?

Dani: Brittany.

Santana: What about her?

Dani: I ran into her.

Santana: Really?

Dani: Yeah she wanted me to say hi.

Santana: Did she say anything else?

Dani: No. I thought that she left.

Santana: She must have came back.

Santana

I can't believe that Brittany is here still I thought that she left. I read the letter that she gave me and it was a side of her that I have never seen before. Dani is looking at me with concern.

Dani: You okay?

Santana: Yeah I'm fine.

Dani looks at her watch and sighs.

Dani: I have to get ready for work.

Santana: Okay maybe I can stop by.

Dani: All right.

Dani gets up and kisses me she walks out the door. Kurt walks to the kitchen with his plate.

Kurt: Where did Dani go?

Santana: She had to get ready for work.

Rachel: Oh yeah I should get ready too.

Rachel dries her hands and walks to her room. I have to get a hold of Brittany so we can talk I haven't talked to her since that night at Callbacks. I take out my phone and text Brittany.
