Rachel and I are sitting on the stools there aren't many customers so we have enough time to talk.

Dani: So you, Kurt, and Santana went to school together?

Rachel: Yes we did.

Dani: And Santana was a bitch to both of you guys?

Rachel: Yes.

Dani: And yet you two let her live with you?

Rachel: Yeah I mean she did just show up and she did help me with my old boyfriend Brody.

Dani: Oh yeah how?

Rachel: Well she found out that he was gigalo and she called Finn  he came here and beat him up.

Dani: Really?

Rachel: Yeah.

Dani: Finn sounds like a cool person.

Rachel: He was.

Dani: Was?

Rachel: He passed away a couple months ago.

Dani: I'm sorry.

I grab Rachel's hand.

Rachel: Thanks.

Dani: You're welcome.

Rachel: I was supposed to tell you that Santana might try to stop by.

Dani: Okay thanks.

Rachel: You're welcome.

A man and woman walk into the diner they sit in my section I walk up to them.

Dani: Welcome to The Spotlight Diner I am Dani, can I start you out with a drink?

The woman: Yeah can I get a tea.

I nod my head.

The man: I will have a diet Coke.

Dani: Coming up.

I walk away and get their drinks I go back to them.

Dani: Do you need time to order or are you ready?

The woman: I will have the house salad.

Dani: What kind of dressing?

The woman: Ranch please.

I write down her order.

The man: I will have the cheeseburger and fries.

I write down his order.

Dani: Anything else?

They shake their head I walk off and hand the ticket to the chef. I lean against the counter I hear someone come into the diner I look at the door and see Brittany I sigh Rachel looks at me.

Rachel: You okay?

Dani: Brittany is here.

Rachel looks around and spots Brittany she is sitting in my section.

Rachel: Do you want me to get her order?

Dani: No I'll do it.

I stand straight up.

Dani: Welcome to The Spotlight Diner I am D...

Brittany: I know who you are. I'm good for now thank you.
