Chapter 4

As Queenie glided into her room, her heart felt lighter than air. Tina gazed suspiciously in her direction.

"Quite a long walk?" Tina asked.

"Oh yes." Queenie replied dreamily. "It was delightful."

"Well you shouldn't be gone for so long, you could have gotten hurt." Tina scolded. Tina was a bit sour because while Queenie was gone, she had found a golden feather in her room, and it brought back memories of Newt. 

"I'm sorry Tinnie, I did not mean to frighten you" Queenie smoothly replied. Under different circumstances she would have read Tina's feelings and saw she was hurting, but she was still overjoyed from the nights events. 

"Fine, but get ready for the night, your late walks have statred to get later and later. Tina sighed.

"Of course sister dear." Queenie said sliding out of her dress and int her nightgown. Tina, thankfully, did not catch the necklace around Queenie's neck and went back into her reading. "Good book?" Queenie questioned, trying to strike up some conversation between the two.

"It's fine." Tina murmered, not in the mood for conversation.

"Well alright" Queenie said, slipping back into her imagination. As she dimmed the lights and got into bed, she held her ring close to her heart. The last thing she remembered was the thought of Jacob saying I love you.
