Prayer's of a High School Senior

Heavenly Father,

After four months of craziness, I finally decide do type out my prayers to you again. God, thank you for how much fun marching season was and for helping myself and the band get through it. Thank you for how well concert season is going now. Thank you for putting me in honors band. I pray that "Sparks" would start to sound like freshman year as it was SO GOOD and it is hard to not hear it the same way it was freshman year. Thank you for the program I am in at the Technology Center. It has been a real blessing to me and I love it. I pray that through this program, I will continue to grow and become the young woman that you want me to be. Now that I am older, I have unfortunately lost some energy, but I am really starting to want to do things to better myself and my relationship with you. I want to serve you and live for you. I pray that this year, the 18th year of my life, that I would grow in you and become who you want me to be. With the job I applied for this summer, at camp, I really feel like you want me there and I have nothing to worry about. Although, deep down, I am concerned. This job means so much to me, because with out a doubt in my mind, I would be serving you. I would be doing it for you and for you alone. I know you have my best interest in mind, and that is all the matters. I pray for this week. I pray that you would be with me wherever I go, and that I would be a light in this dark and broken world. Thank you so much for what you have done in my life, what you are doing, and what you will be doing in the future. I lift everything that is on my heart and my mind up to you.
