Tell me if you ever get annoyed of these authors notes, and by the way, it gets juicier by this time, just saying. Leave comments please, I really enjoy reading what you all have to say! Especially the constructive criticism, that's my favorite honestly because I love to know how to improve, hint hint nudge nudge wink wink, but also I like knowing what I'm doing better on because that also really helps. Otherwise enjoy and yeah, LOVE YA'LL!!! (Love ya'll is just gonna be my new thing if you couldn't tell already.)

MALLORY'S P.O.V.

Best, swim, ever I had last night with Matt, Whitney, and Stephen. The four of us were smiling all day at work and being extremely happy and joyful, it was just amazingness built up in one night. It was a new beginning for a new life at a new job with new (some old) friends and new relationships, including me and Matt.

"Hey Mal," Matt came up behind me during our lunch break in the small café.

"Hey, Danny boy."

"That's no, don't even, call me that!" (A/N- Danny boy is Matt's name in his movie Saints and Soldiers (3rd one), it's on Netflix, go watch it after reading this chapter.)

"I know," I smiled while putting a bit of my cheeseburger into my mouth.

"What's that you got there?"

"A cheeseburger, a cheeseburger that's mine and not yours."

"Yeah? Well, you're mine so you can't have you? If that's not the case, then I should get some that burger," Matt said taking my burger from me and biting out of it.

"That made exactly no sense," I turn my chair to look back at him.

"I still got a bit, that's all I needed."

"Wow, slick Meese."

"Oh thank you, Everton."

"Do NOT call me Everton."

"You called me Danny boy, which again, not cool."

"True, we're even now, Danny boy," I got out of my seat to go throw away my extracts of my burger and chips.

"HEY, I HEARD THAT EVERTON!"

"Bye Danny Boy!"

"Don't, ugh never mind," We split directions, even though he was going the wrong way.

I didn't want to tell him, just to see how long it would take him to figure out what way he was going.

"I'm going the wrong way!" I heard a distance shout then running feet coming closer and closer.

When he caught up to me, I said, "I knew you were going the wrong way."

"I figured." He took deep breaths then grasped my hand and his fingers and mine are woven together. I sure wasn't complaining but I knew if we kept it up, someone would soon find out about us.

"Someone's gonna think we're a couple, Matt."

"Well, are we?"

"I don't know."

"Should we be?" We then stopped in the middle of the hallway.

"I'll tell you, just guess my answer after this quick break."

"Oh, I think I know where you're going with this..."

"You do?" I start getting closer to him after we turn to the wall and I trap him there.

"Yup, and I'm not running away anytime soon."

He took my waist and embraced me, I then wrapped my arms around his neck and slowly but surely, our lips touched like they did in the pool.
