As I boarded the plane, I could tell I was sitting in first class. "Fancy" I said to myself. "Yeah, it is. Maybe a little too fancy." I agreed but wanted to know which member of 5SOS he was so I could reply. He took a peek at my plane ticket. "Oohh, looks like you will be sitting next to me on the plane" I heard someone say good luck but I couldn't tell who. "Is that alright with you Izzy? You could sit by me or sit by Luke, it's your choice" Niall spoke. "Um, I'll sit by Luke. If I am spending the summer with them, need to start getting to know them." "Okay, have fun. I'm over there if you need me" Niall said as he walked to his seat. "Window or aisle?" asked Luke "You pick" was my response. With a grin, he replied "Window it is." I smiled back as I went to sit down. I think I'm going to like this summer I thought to myself.
For the entire plane journey, I was getting to know Luke and I was surprised about how well it was going. Not because he was famous but, because I had never been the best at talking to new people. "Just gonna pop to the loo, won't be long" Luke said as he got up. "Okay" I said, unsure if he heard me. As I looked out the window, Niall came and sat in Luke's seat. "You alright?" he asked "Yeah, are you?" I responded with. "Yeah, just tired" "Then get some sleep. You will regret it if you don't" I told him. "I just woke up actually" he said with a smirk on his face. "But what I want to know, why haven't you been sleeping? Luke would understand if you wanted a nap" he question. "It's not that, I can't sleep on planes so it kinda sucks. I just feel that everyone would be watching" I said anxiously. "Izzy trust me, no one is going to watch! It's only us and no one else." He said looking into my eyes. All I could do was look into his. His diamond blue eyes looked for a response. "Fine, I'll try but I'm not promising anything!" I said whilst giving up as I didn't want to argue with Niall as he had been my best friend since I was 3. I closed eyes and allowed the darkness to take control.
