"what i dont understand is who that woman was. she just showed up at my door speaking of an accident and when i said nadeline she got all.... weird." ben had just arrived and i was bringing him up to date when i remembered that happening. "she could have been a shape shifter. what a second. you know what tht reminds me of? that miranda girl who showed up years and years ago for nadia. i fucking bet that cunt has something to do with all this."

i stood up and paced the room. "she specificly said 5 miles up the road. whats 5 miles?" ben stood up and walked into the kitchen getting something out from under the sink. he came back with two flashlights. "lets go find out." i nodded and grabbed one. 

"leetha watch out for nadia i'll be right back!!" suddenly i heard feet running across the floor. "i wanna go with ya dad." tyler appeared from the hall and stood at the bottom of the stairs. "i dont know. it could be dangerous." tyler chuckled. "im your son. come on. ill keep watch or something." ben laughed and threw an arm around his shoulder. "thats my nephew. and by the way Mr. easedropper, were not robbing a bank. just walking up the road." tyler shurgged. "it involves mom. so im automaticly in."

we were walking down the road talking about how happy we were that nadeline was still alive. "tomorrow i'll be taking my ass up to the hospital and having a little chit chat with doctor fuck up." ben said while kicking some gravel. "language." i hissed at him. he chuckled under his breath and looked down at his phone. suddenly he stopped walking. "exactly 5 miles from your drive way." i looked around but all i saw was trees, trees, and more trees. "well i guess lets spread out, dont wander to far tyler." tyler nodded his head and brought his phone out turning his flashlight on. "just look for anything out of the ordinary." we all parted and went different directions. ben walked across the street, tyler walked to the left of me and i went to the right. 

after a bit of searching i came up with nothing, right when i was about to give up tyler started yelling. "DAD I FOUND SOMETHING!!" i took off running in his direction and when i came closer i found tyler holding a small box. "did you open it?" tyler nodded his head. "im afraid of what i'll find inside it." he handed i to me as ben joined us. "yall ready?" 

i slowly opened the box and looked inside. "a note?" i took it out and threw the box to the ground. 

"dear roman,

as you are aware by now your beloved is not dead. hopefuly you got the message, if not you are one stupid son of a bitch. anyways, i have her and i highly doubt you'll ever find her i have her in a place where you nor your stupid children can find her. have a nice life. fuck you."

My body shook with anger. "how could someone be this evil." tyler said over his shoulder. "tyler go on back home we'll catch up in a bit." ben tossed an arm around tyler and gave him a squeeze. "and let your sister know whats going on." tyler nodded and jogged off. "we need to do something." ben said while running his hands through his hair. "this is FUCKING BULLSHIT." he walked over to a tree and punched it. bits and pieces of bark flew off and landed on him. 

"we'll find her somehow." i grabbed bens arm and began dragging him back to the house. we got closer and i saw an unknown car sitting in my drive way. i ran the rest of the way and walked inside. "roman." peter sat beside tyler and leetha with nadia in his lap. "nadia has grown so much. and leetha and tyler. yall look 18 now." they laughed and shurgged. "howve you been?" ben asked while coming in a few seconds after i did.

"its been hectic man." i glared at peter. "ok i take i tyour still pissed at me." i looked at leetha and tyler. "go to your rooms." they both got up and grabbed nadia retreating back into leethas room. "you have exactly 5 seconds to explain why you left." i grabbed his throat and pushed him against the wall. "look its gonna be hard to when... you cant... breath!" i let go and drop to the floor.
