Finding Nadeline.. **sequal to finding roman**

I sat in my office looking at my computer screen. "sir there's a young woman here to see you. say's it's important." I nodded at him and he turned away. a few moments later a woman walked in, she was the spitting image of nadeline. "um.. roman?" I nodded my head towards her. "um. im katherine. you don't know me but your mom has told me all about you. im the child that killed your beloved and I'm sorry." tears began forming in her eyes, I jumped up and joined her said comforting her. "its not your fault. it was the man who done this to her." she stopped crying and wiped the tears away. "I'm sorry to just show up like this. mo- Olivia told me not to do this but I couldn't help myself." I motioned for her to sit down and she did so. she took a deep breath and exhaled. "I've been having these dreams of her here recently. I just wanted to know what she was like." I smiled and sat beside her. "she was smart and beautiful beyond words can express. she was amazing with the kids and the nicest person you could meet." katherine smiled and looked down.

"she has a brother, ben, he skipped town a few years after she died." a guilty look was plastered on her face as I talked about her. "you should come by soon. meet your other siblings. leetha and tyler." she smiled and nodded. suddenly my phone began to buzz in my pocket, I pulled it out and smiled. "here's one of them now." I picked the phone up and held it to my face. 

"hey babygirl." I heard heavy panting in the back ground. "dad its tyler look. moms alive. I don't know how or why but she is alive and she's out there." my fingers grew cold as I was at loss of words. "dad? you still there?" I snapped back to reality and cleared my throat. "get your sister and come to the tower now." I heard the line go dead and I shoved my phone into my pocket. "is this a bad time?" katherine said from the chair. "actually you may want to stay for this." 

20 minutes had gone by as me and katherine sat talking about her education, her life and what she's into. i told her nadeline would have been very proud of her today. tyler and leetha finally showed up. "who's the chick?" tyler said while walking in. leetha and katherine shared glances and smiled. "this is our sister tyler. you don't see it?" katherine stood up and hugged leetha. After we got done having a little sibling moment leetha and tyler sat down in front of me. leetha took a deep breath and exhaled. "ok dad you cant be pissed when i tell you this ok?" i nodded and looked at them.

"we went to destiny for answers." anger quickly ran through out my body but i couldnt get mind. if theres even a small chance of nadeline being alive then its worth it. "im not mad. now. continue." leetha and tyler exchanged glances before standing up. "this morning i was hearing voices, it was a woman calling my name screaming for help. so tyler suggested we go talk to destiny. she made some weird drink and it sent me somewhere. i have no idea where or how but i saw mom. shes alive dad." my jaw hit the floor in anguish. "did she say anything?" this time it was katherine who stood up. "she said that man has her again, this time he didnt hold back. he killed the woman who let her out and hes the only one who knows where she is. shes being held in a basement of some sort." i took a deep breath and looked at my daughter. "anything else?" i asked leaning on my table. "she misses you." i smiled a bit and looked down. there is a chance shes alive, i will find her. she found me the first time but i will find her. 

"anything else that could help us. anything at all." i asked feeling hopeful. "yeah she said it smelt like salt. and theres more dad.." i nodded my head but she looked between tyler and katherine. "he plans on coming for katherine soon." my head snapped up at katherine. 

"he wont get to her." i pulled my phone out and dialed peters number. straight to voice mail. i held my finger up and walked outside the room. "look its roman. shes alive peter. i dont know how but nadeline is still alive and if i have any chance of finding her i have a better shot at finding her with you by my side. please call me or come back.." 

i hung the phone up and dialed ben's number. he gave it to me for emergencys. "hey" he picked up almost immdiately. "no questions please but i need you to come back nadeline is still alive." the line went silent after a while then i heard him clear his throat "ill be back soon." then it went dead. i walked back inside to see the kids all talking. "how many could there possibly be?" tyler was talking to katherine "i dont know. hundreds, thousands even?" katherine threw her hands up. "and plus whos going to believe this story? oh yeah my mom died about 10 years ago oh yeah me my sister and brother are all 18 though and she came to me in my dreams then i went to a gypsy and i found my mom who was supposed to be dead." leetha said at katherine. "it wont work."

"what wont?" i asked while finally butting in. "they are wanting to call the cops and get them involved." leetha said to me. she walked towards me and threw her arms around me. "everything will be ok. ben said he was gonna come back. we all know we have a good chance of finding her if ben is with us. peter didnt pick up." leetha sighed. "we will find her."

"find who?" a voice said from the door way. there in all her glory stood my mom. "katherine i told you not to get involved with this one." i rolled my eyes. "thanks mother. but if you must know theres a chance nadeline is still alive." she chuckled. "silly boy. she died that day. you saw the death certificate." i shook my head. "and for the first 3 years of nadias birth we were showing everyone a fake death certificate as well." she smirked. "so we know just how easily it is for someone to fake a death. i say you start with the doctor who told you she died. maybe with the guy who dug her grave. now if you dont mind id like to take my child home. come come katherine."

katherine gave leetha and tyler a hug and walked out of my office. "bye you guys. it was great meeting you. hope to see yall again."
