~~~Leetha's P.O.V

The clock on the stove read 1:36, my mind was racing every way. I knew they were ok I could feel that, but somewhere deep inside me I still felt danger. It was if something bad was about to happen. "You good?" My twin asked while walking into the kitchen. "Yeah. Do you feel I dunno anything?" Tyler looked at me confused. "Hungry?" I chuckled and shock my head. "Why?" I looked around deciding what to say. "Something feels... Off?" He shrugged looking around. "Wheres pipsqueak?" My eyes widened with fear as my legs took off towards her room, how could we forget. I heard Tyler behind me, soon he was passing me and slinging Nadia's door open.

she sat peacefully on the floor playing with her barbie dolls. she sat them down slowly and looked up at us. "what?" I heard the front door swung open and multiple voices entered the room. "go check upstairs. the little girl. kill the others." Tyler leaped forward grabbing Nadia and slinging her on his back. I ran to the window and unlatched it. "hold on nad." Tyler said from gripping Nadia's hands that were wrapped tightly around his neck. I climbed out first making my way towards the edge, I sunk down creeping to the edge. "boss. theyre just teenagers. we can't kill innocent people." a woman's voice came from below us. "I told you. they are very dangerous and need to be taken out." I heard footsteps and the voices disappeared. I looked down seeing the path way cleared. tyler poked my side bringing me out of my thoughts.

"head to the tree line." I nodded as I looked down to make sure it was clear again. I grabbed the ledge and began crawling down the ladis. tyler followed behind me as quickly as possible. I jumped down, my feet hitting the ground. I helped Tyler down and we took off running across the yard and into the trees. "Where do we go ty?" I looked over at him frantically. "just keep running. even when you can't keep going." I nodded and pushed forward. 

a clearing came into view as I saw Tyler heading straight to it. our pace slowed down when we saw our dad's car pulled off the side of the road. a smile grew across my face as I picked my pace up. "do you think they have mommy?" i heard Nadia ask Tyler from his back. "let's find out." we reached the car yanking the door open, every pair of eyes snapped towards us. I looked around and my eyes landed on her. "mom." I leaped into the car engulfing her with a hug. "my precious angel." her hand rose to my hair as she laughed. "move." Tyler pushed his way through and grabbed me and mom. "we've missed you so much, mom." I cried into tylers shoulder. we separated and turned to Nadia. she stood there, nervously. "mommy?" her voice broke a little as she spoke. "yea darling come here." Nadia grinned as she leaps into her arms. mom took Nadia and rocked her in her arms, "I've missed my baby." she planted kisses on her forehead and smiled. I looked over at dad and saw him smiling at the sight. "our family is finally back together." I said as I touched my dad's shoulder. 

~~~~ Peter's P.O.V 

the car ride was eerily. Roman kept looking in the rear view mirror staring at Nadeline, her eyes were glued to the sky, the sun was just now rising. she snapped her head forward, "pull over." she simply said. roman began slowing down for her, "whats wrong? are you ok?" Nadeline sat with a look of worrisome plastered on her face. "just wait." she looked around at the tree line. 

I shook my head and looked out the window up at the sky, my body aching from previously shifting. I heard the door swing open and there stood Letha, Tyler, and Nadia on his back. "mom" Nadia slid down as Letha leaped into the car smothering Nadeline in a hug. "my precious angel." Nadeline wrapped her hands around Letha and smiled. a tear began falling down my face, this was such a beautiful moment. "move." Tyler shoved past Letha and fell into Nadeline's lap. they all huddled together, all crying, all laughing. "we've missed you so much," Tyler said from pushing his face further into Nadelines neck. Letha rested her head on Tyler's shoulder and cried.

Letha and Tyler let loose and stepped back, Nadia stood there. it had been 10 years since she had seen her. she was still a baby. "mommy?" her voice cracked when she spoke. "yes darling, come here." Nadia ran and jumped into Nadeline's arms, a large grin plastered on her face. I looked back up at Letha as she stood smiling and touching Roman's shoulder. suddenly realization hit us as we remembered what just happened. "wait, why were yall running?" I asked breaking the sweet moment.

"some men and a woman were after us, we had to make a great escape." Tyler spat before looking past his shoulder. "well get in. we'll just go back to my place." destiny said form scotting over. "no. they know where you live. we need to go off the grid." Roman said. "i know where to go." i said while moving over for tyler. Letha jumped in the front as Nadia stayed in Nadeline's arms. "lets go then." the door's shut as Roman began driving again.

we drove down the long dirt road, the cabin coming into view. the pack used to use this as our 'hunting' shelter. I jumped out sniffing the air, no new scents. I smiled and ran to the door swinging it open. no one. "come on." Roman got out opening Nadeline's door and helping her out. she stood smiling at him while holding his hand. tyler walked past me and looked around. he found a candle lying in the corner and lit it. "better." he said from holding it and walking around the cabin. "peter. you think there are any blankets around?" I shrugged my shoulders and walked to the far room. I opened the door, a small bed was there. "I say, mom, Nadia, and destiny take the bed. we can find somewhere else to sleep." Tyler said from walking to the bed and setting the candle down. he picked the pillow up and began smacking it.

I walked back into the living room, Letha was in the corner dusting off a chair. Roman stood in the kitchen going through cabinets. "nothing." he reached into his pocket and brought his cell phone out. he clicked a few buttons and held the phone to his ear. "we got her. you need to get out. grab food, blankets, stuff you'd need to go off grid. here's Peter, he'll tell you where to go." Roman held the phone up for me to take. "it's ben." I nodded and held the phone up to my ear.

an hour later another vehicle arrived in the drive way, ben. Nadeline stood as his foot steps grew louder. the door opened slowly as been stepped in, his eyes landed on Nadeline. he ran towards her and pulled her in his arms. "you are not allowed to leave us again." ben said chuckling and gripping her tighter. "I promise." she pulled back and looked into his eyes, "your eyes. dull. have you been doing ok?" ben nodded pulling her back into his arms. "i just missed you so much."
