the three imbecils were found outside their hotel with brown bottles in paper bags. (officers later deduced that the bottles contained rootbeer and nothing alcoholic) slurring curses at the people walking past
Coarse of Action:
the teens were returned to their rooms with a warning

I clutched onto Devon's and Zander's hand like I had to.
"And first place goes to Mary Rolling and the Handers!" The judge screamed. The crowd booed.
"WHAT THE FUCK?!?"We all screamed.
"Second place, Drool Bus Drop Outs!"
"Come on Devon,Zander." I growled.
"You thinkin' what I'm thinkin?" I asked. They both nodded. Just call us a devious. We snuck behind the judges, pretending to leave.
" Okay. I got my drum sticks" Zander said whispering. Devon and I grabbed our guitar. You see, we were gonna sneak and play again, just to win.
