I stay sitting in the vulgar smelling car taking in the house I will be living in. It's huge. No.

It's massive.

The house is white in colour with two large pillars holding up the snow covered roofing of the porch, and just from first glance I can see about seventeen windows, 3 with balconies. Where the hell does Ben work.

I wonder what the inside looks like if the outside is this extravagant. Will it be the expensive looking kind where the floors are made of marble and there is one wall completely glass from ceiling to floor letting you see every angle of outside? Will there be maids dusting the expensive Teak wood furniture and a grand piano? Spiralling stair cases and chefs? Or will it be more of the man-cave looking house with a massive television and every gaming console known to man? Will there be football jerseys hung up everywhere and pool tables? Hardwood flooring and red couches accentuated by black walls?

"Are you getting out kid?" I'm brought out of my curious thoughts by Paul.

"Oh. Um, yeah." I mumble unbuckling my seat belt. I slam the door shut a bit harder than Paul's liking because he flinches and glares at me. Not like I give a shit it's a piece of junk anyways.

I walk into my new house kicking off my Docs and slide out of my jacket throwing it onto a near chair. The scent of cinnamon invades my nose and I know my mother has set up her candles already to make this feel more like home.

I walk into the kitchen taking notice of the hardwood flooring on my way. There is a island counter made of granite in the middle with bar stools aligning it and a tall table in the corner made to sit four people. The stove, fridge, sink, and microwave are made of stainless steal looking very elegant with granite counter tops. I walk out of the kitchen and into the next room which happens to be the living room. There is a television that has to be at least 80inches hung on a white wall, and two long black couches in a 'L' sort of set angling towards a fireplace. On top of the fireplace are pictures which I assume are pictures of family and a small analog clock. I see a staircase and make my way towards it taking in the pictures of Harry that are set in chronological order of him growing up.

When I reach the top I hear ruckus coming from a room not to far down the long hallway. I walk towards the door and peer in seeing Ben, some random dude and my mom. Ben and the guy are resting on a piece of furniture as my mom leans against a wall still wrapped in her blanket.

"Ben that would look so much better over there." My mom points to the opposite wall.

"We just had it against that wall darling. Why didn't you say it looked good there before?" He wipes a bead of sweat from his forehead and looks at my mom.

"I just wanted to see what it looked like over there. Can we please have it on that wall?" Ben sighs giving in and my mom smiles giving him a kiss on the cheek.

I walk away from the door and walk further down the hall way when I hear music playing.

"Because the drugs never work

They're gonna give you a smirk

'Cause they got methods of keeping you clean

They're gonna rip up your heads,

Your aspirations to shreds

Another cog in the murder machine

They said all teenagers scare the living shit out of me

They could care less as long as someone'll bleed

So darken your clothes or strike-" I knock on the door and the music is paused immediately. The door flies open and I'm met by a lazy looking Harry. He wears a white t-shirt and grey sweat pants adorn his long legs.
