One Direction - For Better or For Worse

Chapter 5

*Addyson's POV*

"Alright" I agreed to go with him. It's not like its some total stranger, it's Niall Horan for crying out loud! I practically already know everything about him! Which now that I think about it, it's somewhat creepy...

" Have you ever heard of Nandos?" He asked looking down at me smiling.

" Yes actually I have! I heard it's delicious!"

"Good then! That's where I'm taking you! he said to me smiling again.

Man do I love that smile of his! It's so adroable! Along with his spikey blonde hair. I feel as if I'm going to die! I Addyson Reed, originally from Texas, am on my way to Nandos with THE Niall Horan!

He slowly reached down and grabbed me hand. Talk about butterflies! I proabably looked like a complete fool but Niall didn't seem dazed at all! Almost like this came natural for him!

I smile at him and he smiles back.

"What's your favorite food? he asked me in all seriousness.

I can't help my throw my head back and laugh! I see him smile out of the corner of my eye.

" Hahahaha umm i don't know. Probably... chicken. But I love all food! so I feel bad picking a favorite!"

Niall just laughed at me. I love his laugh, there is just so much joy in it!

" I'm the same way! You don't want to make all 'em other foods feel bad! But if I was forced to choose a favorite I'd pick potatos!"

We both just laugh. Why can't more people act like this? I think to myself...

During lunch I told him about the concert and the accident. I admit I really just wanted to break down crying but I held it in. I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of Niall. 

He is such a great listener! I can't even remeber the last time I did so much of the talking! It felt nice to just let everything out of my system.

" I'm so sorry darling. I honestly am speechless. But here maybe this can help..."

He leaned in and kissed my cheek so softly, I felt as if i had melted.

I could feel the blood rush to my cheeks while I smiled like an idiot.

"That may have helped a little bit" I say grinning.

Niall just smirked and laughed at me.

" Here, maybe this can help to. I fell awful about what happened at our concert! And even though I can't control what happened afterwords, I can try and make it up to you. I would really like it if you came to our next performance, you can even come backstage plus you can bring a friend if you'd like..."

"Are you serious? Niall that is extremely sweet but I can't accept it.."

He cut me off

"I insist, please Addyson..."

" Fine I'll come.. O shoot! I was suppose to meet my new roomate today! I have to go!"

"But wait..."

" I really need to go! Thank you so much for listening and for lunch Niall! Call me and we'll meet up before the concert. Deal?"

"Deal!" he happily agrees smiling while I run out the door...

Charlotte's POV

After hours of searching I finally found my dorm. If you haven't already noticed I'm sort of an airhead. Not they stupid type of airhead, just the type that really doesn't take things too seriously. Anyways, I get to my dorm and I open the door. To my surprise the dorm was kind of messy. "Great" I thought to myself, of course I have to be a clean freak... But, to an even greater surprise, my roomate was no where to be found. I look down at my paper I was given. "Addyson Reed" I thought out loud. "Sounds nice I guess". Just then I hear the door open, I turn and see a girl with short brown hair standing there.

"Hey, you must be my new roommate.."

"Yep that's me. I'm Charlottte Breuer, But you can call me Charlie." I say smiling. Don't want to make a horrible first impression.

" I'm Addyson Reed. Nice to meet you. Sorry I didn't clean up. I honestly was intending on picking up but my plans got changed." She told me while smirking.

" It's quite all right. I think I'm going to start un-packing then hopelessly wonder around campus trying to find my way around."

Addyson just laughed at me!

"I can help you with that if you'd like."

" Thanks I'd like that." I reply grinning.

"Where you from again? Your accent sounds American..."

"It is! I'm from Kansas... but I'm very happy to be away from it!"

" I'm originally from Texas and I hear ya sister! I am glad to be away from there!"

I just laugh and start un-packing.

I think we are going to be great friends...
