One Direction - For Better or For Worse

Chapter 24

Lilly's POV

I'm usually a pretty earlier riser but I woke up around 10. I'm still getting use to the time zone change. Liam said he was going to pick me up around noon so I had a couple hours to get ready. I got up and went to take a shower. Jordan was still passed out, some sleeping beauty she is. I giggled as I walked by. I turned on the radio and slipped into the shower. I always shower to music for some reason. I didn't take a very long shower this morning so I got out and threw my robe on. I walked into our bedroom with the radio still blasting some music by The Script. I pulled some shorts and a blouse out of the dresser and walked back to change. Jordan still hadn't moved a muscle. I went into the bathroom and changed. I wrapped my hair up into a towel and called it good for now. I went into our little kitchen area and grabbed an apple to eat. I leaned on the window frame looking outside. It was so nice out today! It was the end of August and my classes had just started up. Jordan and I were both freshman while Addyson was beginning her Senior year! Crazy, right? It already 11 o'clock by the time I finished my apple. I decided I better go finished getting ready. I walked past Jordan who still hadn't moved. I had an idea. I ran and jumped on her bed, this is where high jump can come in handy! I started jumping up and down singing the One Direction wake up song. I had finished and jumped down when she reached her hands up in a dramatic gesture "It's time to get up!" She yelled just like Harry did before plopping right back down. I started laughing.

"Get your lazy butt up! It's already 11!"

"I don't care" She mumbled into her pillow.

"Fine."

"You're not my mother!"

I laughed and walked back to dry my hair. I turned the blow dryer off to hear a scream from Jordan.

"It's already 11:30! I have class in 15 minutes!" She jumped up and pushed me out of the way.

"I told you to get up! Why do you have class on Saturday?"

"I don't know! Ask my dumb professor. He said it was an extra mandatory class..." She pulled on some sweatpants and an old tshirt. She ran into the bathroom with me and pulled her hair into a high bun before sprinting out the door.

"Nice talking to you..." I said to myself.

I started applying my makeup when I heard a knock at the door.

"One Second!" I yelled while finishing up really fast. I walked out to the door and opened it to see Liam.

"Hey!" He smiled.

"Hi!" I smiled. "Let me grab my phone!" I walked over and unplugged it from it's charger and slid it into my pocket.

"So what are we going to do today?" I asked stepping into the hall.

"What sounds fun?"He asked sliding his hands into his pockets.

"Mudding! But I guess we don't have any four-wheelers... or mud..."

"I've never been mudding before!" we both laughed.

"It must be some American hick thing we do!"

"Must be. You will have to take me some day!"

"Deal. Come home to Texas with me and I'll take you mudding first thing!"

"Ok sounds like a plan."

"So what sounds fun to you?" I asked him smiling.

"Disney movie marathon! I could watch those all day..."

"Let's do it then! Let's make a list of our absolute favorites and watch them all today!"
