"M-mom!? Don't leave me!" Nagisa cried, as each droplet of tears rolling down his face.
His mother, Horomi Shiota will soon be taken away, to the place called 'The After life'.
"Nagisa dear, I will soon go and meet you dad... " Her voice is weak and quiet.
"Before I go... Take this" her voice is starting to fade away, as she give her son a tablet containing one mysterious pill.
"Mom? What is this?" Nagisa ask
"It's a- *Cough* *cough*" Her sentence was interrupted by the cough. Soon she started coughing out red liquid known as blood.
Doctor and nurses came rushing in, while Nagisa just sat on the chair, besides his mother's bed. It seems like time have stopped for him...
