Alright, i know that i did not update this for the longest time, but i wanted to see some support for my work, so now that i have it, i am glad to write a new part. Also, i thank you all for being patient with me and my confusing work, but i will try to explain it in the most coherent way i know how. Alright, let's get on with this, shall we.
Nina was beginning to drift off by the time Michael landed in front of a small house that stood nestled in the woods. Gently, the dark skinned man set Nina down on the frosty foliage that laid in a thick layer on the floor of the forest, the dark haired girl rubbed the sleep out of her eyes as she scanned over her surroundings. Tall trees reached up to the heavens with spindly fingers that curled like claws as they held puffy speckles of snow in their arms, encircled within their protection was a small house with wooden walls and a snow heavy roof. The other three dragons stood in front of her, folding their wings back along their spines before walking into the small cabin.
"Come on milady, we'll get you inside for something warm and an explanation." Amy said happily, motioning for Nina to come inside of the small hut. Hesitantly, the ebony haired girl followed the group into the house, her stomach tying in knots as her body began to ache all over, she felt the urge to do something, anything, but she couldn't figure outz what.
Taking a deep breath and pushing the feeling to the back, she walked into the house, letting the warm embrace of the home engulf her and warm her chilled skin. The living-room was small, a emerald green couch was pressed against the wall next to the door way, a coffee table in front of it, across the room was a bar that allowed a peak into the tiny kitchen, the hardwood floor creaked, and the walls were beginning to droop, but the house was still homey. Finally, Nina's eyes fell on Amy, who was standing in front of her with a goofy grin on her face as her chocolate eyes sparkled with excitement, like that of a child showing their mother their art.
"I hope you find our accommodations suitable for your high class tastes, your highness." Maria said slowly, the venom of every word was very prominent with every noise she made. "Why are you so cruel to her? Don't you know how to respect those who rule over you?" Amy asked, her brown eyes turning mean in the snap of your fingers, returning Maria's venom with her own. It almost seemed like Nina was the ignition for a long boiling feud.
"Don't mind them, they fight like cats and dogs over the smallest of things." Michael muttered, slowly leading the ebony haired girl to a small table that was hidden just out of view of the front door. Sitting down, Nina continued to watch the pair of girls as they argued, long tails appearing behind them, stabbing at the ground as the girls grew more and more irate.
After a while, Amy and Maria seemed to loose steam in their argument and instead came to sit down in front of Nina, Maria's mate, John, came to join them. Now that everyone was there, they all turned to Nina to stare at her with curious eyes. A heavy silence fell over the group as everyone stared at Nina, and she returned their looks with her own confusion.
A few more minutes passed before Amy nearly jumped out of her chair as realization hit her. "Oh i nearly forgot that we owe you an explanation!" She exclaimed, quivering with her endless source of excitement.
"Why should we explain anything to her? If she is the queen then she should know everything already." Maria growled, still lacking any attempts to hide her anger and jealously as she spoke cruelly. "We did kind of kidnap her, sweetie, not only that, but she seemed to already be confused." John explained, patting the red heads hand lovingly as she commenced in a staring contest with Amy, only giving her mate a small grunt of acknowledgement as she narrowed her green eyes at the caramel colored girl.
"Can someone tell me where i am? Or why i am here?" Nina asked, sitting on the opposite side of the table from the group, allowing her to spectate the growing tension of the girls as they continued to stare each other down like wild animals in mating season. Nina's words seemed to snap the pair out of their state of hatred and Amy turned to her, returning to her giddy nature once again as she watched Nina with wide, doe-like brown eyes. Everyone remained silent for a while, at least until the tension began to die down.
"I am so sorry for not telling you sooner! You are in the mountains, in a secluded area where no one can find us, we came here because we had people hunting us down." Amy explained, her brown eyes becoming glazed for a quick moment as the memories seemed to resurface in her mind, but she pushed through and refocused on the ebony haired girl.
"Okay, why did you kidnap me?" Nina continued to question the group, who all shared a quick look of sheepish quality. "Well, we heard about you being betrothed to that bajang, so we had to save you. We couldn't loose a pure blood like you." Amy explained while the others fostered an interest in the table at which they sat.
"What the fuck was so wrong about my fiancé?" Nina hissed, her body instantly growing hot with ill temperament for no reason. Amy's expression went from gleeful and embarrassed to a nervous, tense look of fear as soon as she locked eyes with Nina. "What?" Nina hissed, narrowing her eyes at the cowardly girl, causing her nervous expression to grow the longer they watched one another.
Nina felt an unexplainable rage ignite from within her as she continued to watch Amy with a growing amount of sadistic thoughts as her vision became crowded with taunting shadows. Something was happening, and she couldn't stop it. Before she could even begin to question why this was happening, her sight became black and all of her surroundings drifted away; Nina was gone, and in her place was a creature of demonic power that demanded respect.
I hope you enjoyed this part, and i hope i can continue to work on this story. I love all of you for being patient with me when my Wi-Fi down and no updates. Peace!
