Chapter 6

Kat stormed out of the clubhouse, not hearing her name being called by countless people. Jax chasing after her, knowing at that very moment the second he thought he had Kat right back in his life she was about to walk out of it. He didn't want to tell Kat about Wendy and Abel because he thought she was only going to be here for a few days and go packing back to Utah

Kat spoke to herself angrily as she hiked it down the street, pissed at herself for allowing Jackson Teller to take over her heart once again just to rip it out of her chest and stomp on it just as he had before

"Kat will you stop" Jax said running

"Why Jax wanna break my heart just a little bit more?" Kat asked spinning around

"Why do you think I wanted you to go huh? You think I wanted to break your heart again?" Jax asked

"So you fucking me yesterday was just a quick fuck for you right?" Kat asked

"No! God Kat you wouldn't understand" Jax said

"What wouldn't I understand Jax the part your married or the part you've got a fuckin kid" Kat yelled

"I need to show you something" Jax said pulling her arm back to the lot

Kat reluctantly rode with Jax towards St Thomas, even though it was after visiting hours the nurses allowed Jax upstairs

He held her hand as they walked into a private room to see a little baby inside a incubator

"This is Abel, my soon to be ex wife Wendy was doing crank while she was pregnant. Kat he was born with a CHD and a hole in his stomach" Jax said touching the glass

Kat stood there not able to speak

"Why didn't you tell me?" Kat asked

"Because I knew how you would react, I knew I'd lose you forever" Jax said crossing his arms over his chest

"Jax I'm sorry" Kat said with tears in her eyes

"I wanted to call you so bad when I found out how bad he was, but I couldn't face you. I couldn't call the love of my life and tell her I got married to some crank whore and had a kid with her" Jax said

"Jax, you could of called. No matter what I would of came." Kat said touching his arm

"I can understand if your still pissed at me" Jax said

"I'm upset that it wasn't me" Kat said looking in his blue eyes

"It was a drunken mistake" Jax said

"I'm sorry" Kat said

"Sorry for what kit Kat?" Jax asked

Kat looked at Jax with tears running down her face

"For leaving you" Kat said

"This is all alot for you to process why don't i take you home" Jax said

"Which home Jax?" Kat asked

"That's your call" Jax said

"I want to go home, our home" Kat said

"Then that is where we will go" Jax smiled

Kat woke up with Jaxs strong arms around her, he wasn't planning on sleeping in the bed with her but he had heard her crying sometime in the middle of the night and he went in to calm her down

Kat was terrified, all of her emotions she let go four years ago were back full force and she didn't know how to handle them, she knew Josh didn't want her back in Utah and she didn't really want to live in her brother's house, Jax was still married and had a kid.

It hurt Kat a little knowing that Jax was able to experience all of that with out her. Kat always wanted to have kids with Jax. But her leaving stopped that, crawling out of bed Kat walked I to the bathroom and undressed herself looking at her back in the mirror

The crow that held its place since she was nineteen a large crow sat in the middle of her back with Jackson scripted over the top and Teller scripted across the bottom.

Normal old ladies just got a simple small crow with thier old man's name on it but Jax insisted he make it knows that Kat was only his, when Josh asked her to get it covered she knew she would never do it, that tattoo meant to many things in the Samcro world, number one being she was always going to be Jax Tellers old lady. He took claim on Kat a long time ago, but once that crow was placed on her body she would forever be owned by him, even if she didn't want to.

Kat stepped into the shower, as the hot water fell on her skin, she knew she had a choice to make, even though Kat spilled her feelings to Jax she knew she shouldn't of, because Jax did what we was famous for, hurting Kat.

Kat stood over Jax as she watched him sleep, knowing this was the right decision to make, to save herself from anymore heartbreak, reaching down she grabbed her bag off the floor and placed a note on Jaxs bedside table. Hearing the taxi pull up Kat made a beeline for the door

Jax woke up and felt the other side of the bed was empty, sitting up and wiping the sleep from his face Jax noticed a note on his night stand

I knew I shouldn't of told you how I felt, I knew it was going to be the one hurting again. Your a good man Jax, fix things with your wife and love your family.

Kit Kat

Tears welled up in Jaxs eyes as he knew he just lost her forever

Kat sat quietly looking into the incubator even though she didn't know the little boy in there she knew his father

"Your dad's a good man Abel, your lucky to have him as a father. If only I could watch you grow up" Kat said

"Make sure you ask your dad about Krazy kit Kat he will have some good stories to tell you" Kat said standing

Kat walked back outside of St Thomas and looked around her phone buzzed as she heard a motorcycle come roaring down the road

Jax pulled up to her and shut his bike off

"Kat what are you doing" Jax said

"I don't belong here Jax" Kat said

"Yes you do, you've always belonged here" Jax said

"No Jax, I belong alone where no one can hurt me or let me down, everyone in my life has, my dad, my scumbag of a mother, Opie. You" Kat said

"Kat please stay" Jax pleaded

"Jax I can't I'm sorry" Kat said trying to walk away

"I love you Kat, I have since I was sixteen. I never stopped loving you, just because I married Wendy doesn't mean the love i have for you changed" Jax admitted

"Jax you don't mean it you just don't want me to go" Kat said

"No kit Kat this is the real thing, the other day at the house, fuck Kat made me realize how much I fuckin missed you, missed us. No matter how much we fight I still love you at the end of the day" Jax said

"Jax" Kat said

"Just try that's all I'm asking. Give me another shot babe" Jax said

Kat bit her lip, her decision weighing in her head
