The crowd watch me disturbingly. So it was one of the big three. I don't know weather to be happy that I finally know my parent or annoyed because from now on, everyone will avoid me.

"So does that mean it was my fault Mr D fell over a crack?" I said worryingly. After that some people smiled, but most of them were still wearing their face of fear.

"Brendon, we need to speak in private." Chiron began.

Yay...

Chiron pulled me aside,

"Brendon, this issue with the time at the farmhouse only occurred to another demigod, who was a daughter of Hades. She was extremely powerful. She could summon the dead, shadow travel, summon jewels-because Hades is also the god of wealth-, she could even sense tunnels underground and collapse them. I believe you have inherited these abilities as well, I have been watching you closely."

I had the gall to laugh,

"Nah, I think you mean Nico, not me. Come on Chiron, if you have been watching me closely you know how terrible I am at, everything."

"I'm being serious Brendon, haven't you noticed the girls like you? That's because you are a son of Hades, you draw people in, trick people, it's helps you defeat your opponent in battle. You terrible at the activities because you keep doubting yourself because you didn't know who your parent was, now you would be top of the class." Chiron argued back.

"Pfft, yeah right."

Quickly, Chiron pulled an arrow out of the quiver and shot it right next to my face. I saw the arrow tip spiralling towards my right eye. Somehow it was like time slowed down, I grabbed the arrow by the side before it stuck in my eye. I held the arrow in my hand as time came back to the right pace.

Chiron expression hardened as if his facial features were carved out of ivory,

"You see, you were so fast catching the arrow. Were you able to do that before?"

I swallowed down a scream and walked away, ignoring the eyes following me.

Grimly, I moved into the Hades cabin. The sky was pitch black outside but inside wasn't any better. It was dimly lit by red flames in two metal torches on both opposite walls. The handle of the torch was covered in a thick layer of dust. I walked towards one of the torches and rubbed some of the dust off with my finger, the metal was cold and smooth, clearly crafted by a child of Hephaestus. Underneath the pile of dust carved into the torch were images of a helmet, the same as the one that appeared over my head. It was Hades helmet of shadows, Hades would use it to merge into a shadow and it has an aura of darkness when you are near it squashing the enemy from the inside out. How could I be able to shadow travel?

There was two beds in the cabin altogether. One of which was Nico di Angelo's. I've only ever met him once but he definitely resembled his father. He was small and thin, the skin on his face looked like it was stretched across his face and pinned with a bulldog clip at the back of his neck. His eyes were brown, and set back in his eye sockets. The bags under his eyes look like he has done an eternity of all nighters.

Tyler knocked on the pillar outside the cabin. I rolled my eyes Are you being serious. I drifted over to the doorway and stared as Tyler. He stared back.

"What?"I started wanting to get this over and done with.

"Oh. I just wanted to apologise for the camp fire incident because everyone has been talking about. Clarisse still thinks she can beat you without lifting a finger but she is surprisingly soft on you, you know, your hair. Anyway, I also wanted to say that I know the name of the person who Chiron was talking about. The daughter of Hades who was like you was called Tessa Yeager. She died at a age of 50 in 1981, she had a heart attack."

"And I would want to know this because..." I questioned.

"I thought you might want to research it so you know more about your powers."He replied.

"You don't need to treat me like I was like strangle you if you say something that I don't like."

"Oh sorry. I'll go then." And with that Tyler left.
