I heard a bang at the door of my cabin and a very abusive yell. I will leave the curses out.

"BRENDON URIE! HOW DARE YOU EMBARRASS ME, I TOTALLY OWNED CLARISSE!" Oli screamed, I scrunched my eyes and turned my face away to avoid getting beheaded. After she finished I turned back to her and stared into her emerald eyes that were full of hatred. Beautiful.

"I thought maybe you might thank me for like saving you from ending up in the infirmary." I answered still gazing deep into her mesmerizing eyes. Oli was they only girl at camp that hasn't fallen head over heels for me.

"I.Hate.You." She slowed down making sure I heard her. I didn't say anything I just kept staring at her eyes. My expression softened and I walked back into my cabin. Tearing my gaze away from hers. I jumped onto my bed. Cheers dad, Ima get you a best father mug for father's day.

After I got over my mental break down in my cabin, I met up with Josh at the campfire. When I got there, he was sitting next to, Wait, is that Charlie? Charlie was a daughter of Aphrodite. They talked together but I caught Josh's eyes and he suddenly stood up.

"Hey Brendon, come over." The corner of his lips arched upwards. It was the brightest smile I have ever seen and it was literally blinding me.

"No, Urie. Join us." Alex Piers interrupted. Alex idiot Piers was a all round jerk. He is a manipulating son of Hermes that even stole girls from their boyfriends. I mean how low is that. He looks like a confused weasel, how he wins the girls over I will never know. I really didn't want to talk to him.

"What do you want Alex?" I asked nicely but my inside voice was screaming in controversy.

"I need some advice. You know, like getting a girl to like me." He grinned. "All the girls like you and I thought you could help me."

"Seriously."I muttered. "Well, one, get better hair. Two, maybe get to know the person, girls like guys that care. Who do you like exactly."

"Oh just Oli O'Connor. She looks nice in her leggings!" He laughed. That was it, I couldn't control myself. I rugby tackled him to the flour and punched him over and over. I don't remember how long I was attacking him for, time seemed to be weird with me lately.

I suddenly thought of Josh. I stopped almost killing Alex and marched over and sat between the Josh and Charlie. For some reason Josh's smile sank and I looked down to see Charlie's hand gripping my leg. Her multi colored eyes gazed into mine. Please, not again...

"Excuse me, could you like remove your hand from my leg." I stared at her with a hard expression. She jerked her hand away,

"Oh umm, sorry I didn't notice I was doing that." As blood filled her cheeks, she covered her face, muffling out her speech. I looked back at Josh and he was just looking into space. Emotionless. I knew he had a crush on Charlie like forever, I would never intentionally come between them. While Charlie head was still in her hands, I whispered to Josh,

"You know I would never come between you two, I don't like her in that way." Slowly, Josh turned so he was facing me. His face was so pale he made me look like a tomato (I didn't blush just so you know, Josh was just really pale).

"I know man, I just, I just sometimes wish she would see me like she sees you." He muttered. I didn't want to attract people, and I don't want to trick them I don't care what my dad expects from me.

"Don't worry mate, I will make sure she doesn't look at me instead of you again." I said calmly, and walked off back to my cabin to argue with myself about how terrible my life is.
