Saturday Morning

Melanie's POV

Dan and James knew exactly who was at the door. When James herd that knock, his expression went from worry to anger. As soon as he herd the knock he darted to the front door. I went to run after him then remembered. My leg. I immediately collapsed on the floor screaming in pain. Dan rushed to my side when he had remembered what happened. Right after that, Josh came storming through the door Face as red as a cherry. " why the hell did he do that!" I looked at Josh with a worried expression.

Not long after James was walking into the room with a smirk upon his face. James was always the buff type of guy but he would never hurt anyone. Or so I thought. "Did you punch him?" "He was askin' for it when he hurt you." James said in a calmly manner. "What!" Josh was so confused. He was acting as if he did nothing wrong. "Are you serious right now? Are you thick in the skull, or do you not know how to treat a lady like the dumb ass you are!" I looked up at Dan when he said those words. As he held me in his arms, I have never seen him more mad ever than right now. I felt a a puncture to the heart when I saw a few tears start to stream down his face.

3rd Person POV

Josh looked stunned at the reaction of every one. He finally looked at Melanie, and glared at her. " I thought I told you to keep that between me and you. Not with them too!" He started to raise his voice as he started to walk towards her. James came up behind him and grabbed his shirt. He dragged him into the hall and opened the door to their house. Right before he slammed the door in Josh's face he yelled, " Don't you ever come back! If you do, then I will break all the bones in your body! That's not a threat, that's a promise."
