Mitch awoke that morning, reaching do the heavens as a yawn emitted from lips.

He lifted his body, scratching the mop embedded on his head and took in his atmosphere.

His bed now whispered purple through it's layers and cradled him in clouds.

"I feel...dark blue..kinda?" Mitch questioned. He often expressed himself through colors, seeing as though it fit him well; Tired.

A swing of the legs over the side of the bed and up; Towers.

He strutted over to his bathroom in the hall, flicking a light on before setting the water on cold.

A splash across the face, along with a pat or two, and his eyes are finally whole.

He walks back into his room and closes the door, quickly walking to his closet.

He swiftly opens the door, shifting his gaze from eye to eye for the array of options.

He picked out a sparkly black shirt, an imprint of lips on the front, blue jeans that were ripped at the knee, sky blue converse, and a crescent moon choker.

Saturdays aren't pastel days. Even Mitch takes a break.

Once his outfit was piece together, he decided that days like this were meant for something.

So he pulled out his phone and opened up his texts.

Are you free?

I am.

Let's do something. Days like these are too beautiful to be spent alone.

Well, gorgeous, if it's someone you want, I'm your man.

Mall?

Sure. I'll be there in a few.

Mitch smiled.

He was so desperately in love. He colored himself in such yellow shades when Scott was around. Purple with Kirstie, Green with Kevin, and a dark Orange with Avi.

But Scott was literally his sun. He made his soul jump. So yellow was only appropriate.

Mitch grabbed a pair of sunglasses from his vanity, slipped them on, and headed out.

Waiting for him was his knight, savvy as usual and still glowing like the sun Mitch knew him to be.

"So..shopping?" Mitch asked, hopping over the door of the car.

"Whatever you'd like doll." Scott replied.

Mitch nodded once, giving the signal,
and they were off.
