The blaring of an alarm clock from the peaceful state of bliss awoke Mitch, emitting a groan from him as he reached a regretful hand out to silence it.

He swung his feet over the side of his illegally comfortable bed, and began his stumble to a light switch.

Tripping over some items that lay askew, silently wishing he cleaned his room, he made his way to the wall, flicking the switch on and immediately wanting to turn it back off.

His door creaked against the settling of the house as he opened up his room, heading to the bathroom for a well deserved shower.

A twist of the shower pump and out sprayed hot water, ready to cleanse Mitch and wash away all his sleep.

Mitch tested the water, stripped of his clothes and hopped in, ready to get this day over with.

Mitch waited out side for his boyfriend, gazing up at the still prominent moon pasted in the sky.

The starts seemed to compliment it do well, it makes sense that some want to spend eternities gazing.

The low rumbling of an engine pulled to a stop across the street, holding a boy with glasses on the tip of his nose.

"Ready, hot stuff?" Scott asked, winking at him. Mitch rilled his eyes and strutted to the other side of the car.

"Ready as I'll ever be." Mitch grumbled, giving Scott a quick peck on the lips.

A click of the stick shift, pressure on the petal, and they sped to hell.

The courtyard was crowded with students by the time they got there, all with angry colored personalities.

Mitch stepped out, smoothing his hair and joining Scott by his side. The two of them walked in together, hands together and partially smiling.

"I hate this. Can't we skip?" Scott whined.

"Not if you wanna have a strong future together." Mitch retorted, glaring at him.

Scott sighed. "Alright."

Mitch picked out a bench for them to sit on, letting his bag slump to the floor and his back rest. Scott sat next to him, pulling out his schedule to compare to Mitch's.

"At least we have Choir together." Scott stated. "Also calculus."

"It's not enough." Mitch pouted, pushing his septum piercing up as a teacher walked by.

"Anytime with you will be an eternity for me." Scott cooed, smiling and leaning in to give Mitch a gentle kiss.

"Hey! No PDA!" a voiced called, a laugh resulting afterwards.

"Kit!" Mitch shouted, grabbing her in a bone crushing hug.

"Good to see you too Mitchy. Hello Scott." Kirstie replied. Scott gave a peace sign and turned his head the other way.

"Where Kevin and Avi?" Scott question after not seeing them behind her.

"Haven't seen them. Must be looking around." Kirstie responded, shrugging her shoulders.

"Oh. Well thanks." Scott smiled.

The bell rang, a few groans being spread through the school and the shuffle of feet.

"Let's head to class Scottie," Mitch said, grabbing his pack from the ground. "Bye Kit."

"Bye Mitchie. See ya later."

Mitch and Scott walked off in one direction, heading to their class while all the kids headed to theirs.

"The beginning of the day didn't seem so bad." Mitch thought, walking down the hall to his homeroom.

"Let's hope it stays that way."
