Japan and Germany were not the only ones with suspicions about Italy's behavior. In fact Romano had had his suspicions for much longer. He was really worried for his brother. The others may not be able to see it but he was his twin brother damnit! He could tell when something was wrong. He had first spotted a sign that something was wrong when his brothers smiles started to fade. They were still there but not as bright as they used to be. He saw his brothers eyes open fir brief moments. But what really got him worried was when he refused pasta. Italy Veneziano refused pasta. He was genuinely worried for his brother. He witted he knew what was wrong so he could help.
