Germany had decided that he needed to confront Italy about his recent odd behavior. He had noticed that Italy thinner by the day. Italy had even started to worry others, something that had not gone unnoticed by Germany. Japan had come up to Germany asking if he had noticed anything strange about Italy recently. So due to the overwhelming concern from, himself and others, he decided to talk to Italy.
Now the only problem was finding a time time to talk to him. Italy had developed a habit of disappearing recently. There was also the matter of how he would start the conversation when he did get a chance to talk to him.
He will have to think about it more later. He has a world meeting to prepare.
