The streets of Daxton are rampant with terrorists. Residents flee and hide, including a young blonde girl and her younger sister.
"Everything will be okay. I promise," the elder sister repeated softly, tears threatening her emerald green eyes. She was running with her little sister in her arms, attempting to escape the city. After several minutes of trekking through a forest, the duo encounter a sign that reads, "Welcome to the city of Boken". The blonde smiles weakly with relief, "Finally, we made it."
She begins to search for a house; If I can find the right one, I know he'll care for her.
"Big sis, where are we going?"
The elder looks at her sibling and smiles, "I'm going to take you to our uncle's house, okay?"
The little one nods, yawning.
Unfortunately, I won't be staying with you...
The elder sister stops in front of a grey house, then proceeds up the steps. She sets her younger sister down and kisses her forehead. "Just knock on the door and tell him you were in Daxton, okay?"
The younger girl looks up at her sister as her eyes widen, "A-are you not coming with me...?"
The green-eyed girl paused for a bit, then responded, "I am not, but I want you to do me a favor. I want you to stay strong for me. Can you do that?"
Her sister nods and questions, "Will I ever see you again?"
The elder furrows her eyebrows and grimaces, "Maybe, but remember my promise."
Her little sister embraces her briefly, and the elder girl says, "Be strong for me... I love you, Skylar..."
The girl disappears into the forest they came from, leaving the little girl in front of the house's door.
