I woke up this morning feeling great. We got the house together after i came back from the mall. We talked about school and she told me it was a park behind the house. I got happy i love swings i had one in my room at the old house i was the closest thing i had to being "normal". I got up and got in the shower today i will be visiting this park today. I took a long shower, how i know the water got cold causing me to get out. I wrapped my warm pink towel around my body. I walked into the bedroom and sat on my bed sliding on my underwear, I clipped my bra from the front sliding it around and putting the straps over my shoulders. I put my lotion on and got dressed in my beautiful outfit: cut out crop top, balmain yellow-multi printed skin pants, nly accessories chain, diamond studs, multi-cord charm bracelet, suede bow ballerina shoe. I brushed out my curls and my hair became wavy, i put my new club beanie hat on.

I took a picture and put it on insta: Am I competition cali girls? I walked downstairs and my phone kept going off about instagram. I fixed me cereal and when i was done i began my walked to the park. I went through the back door, I unlocked the back gate and seen the park. Its that close. I walking and reading . I sat on the swing I looked to see boys playing basketball, tall boys. They all looked at me, I looked down at my book. I seen them walking towards me then I seen a black car the window rolled down and i seen a gun. I closed my eyes and was prepared to die.I felt someone tackled me and i fell to the ground. I opened my eyes.

Guy: shit!!!!!!!

He rolled off of me holding his shoulder, i seen blood. He took a bullet for me? It went black from there.....I woke up in a hospital bed.

Mommy: are you okay baby?

Me: my head hurts

I sat up and turned facing her. I was in a hospital gown.

Me: why am i gown if i hit my head they over exaggerate shit

Mom: i know but you had a mild concussion you hit your head really hard

Me: can i go home

Mom: yeah i was ready for you to get up

Me: wait where is he?

Mom: he's in a different room i thanked him i don't know what i would have done without you

Me: did you bring me clothes?

Mom: yeah here

She tossed me a duffle bag and i went to the bathroom and put this on: yoga boot pants, white tank top, Victoria secret love pink hoodie, grey socks, black ugg boots. I walked out the bathroom and my mom was talking with a doctor.

Mom: this is that guy doctor

Me: is he okay?

Doctor: he took two bullets to the shoulder but he went though surgery and now hes fine, are you his girlfriend?

My mom looked at me with a raised eyebrow.

Me: i don't even know him

Mom: really?

Me: yeah he just happened to be at the park, can i see him?

Mom: maybe not today sweety

Me: mom seriously i wanted to see him, he could disappear tomorrow!

Doctor: i will show you to his room

I followed him and he knocked on the door.

Guy: come in

I walked in and he looked at me with a shocked face.

Me: hi

Guy: hey

It was a girl in the room and she looked at me with a mug. I smiled at her and her eyebrows raised.

Me: i wanted to thank you for what you did earlier, you didn't have to

Guy: i couldn't let that happen to you, your to beautiful to get hurt

I looked down then up again. I reached my hand out and he shook it.

Me: I'm India

Guy: Mekhi

Me: nice to meet you

Mekhi: you too

Me: see you around?

Mekhi: definitely

Me: bye

I walked out with a smile on my face. I reached my mom and she started laughing

Mom: he fine ain't he girl

Me: yes girl

We both started laughing. I love my mom so much.
