"Come on love birds." Jackie yelled.
School is over but I have been sitting in the parking lot talking to Alexander and jackie.
We talked about pointless crap like sports or guys. It was alot of fun hanging around some one new. Someone who didn't live in this town their whole lives.
Jackie was getting ready for us to leave. He wanted to go to the mall to get new out fits for us to wear to sophies party.
"Hey can we stop by at my house. I need to grab some cash."I said quickly before me and Alexander joined Jackie in the car.
We arrived at My house and me and Alexander ran in side really fast.
My house was not the biggest house ever but it was up there.I went upstairs to where mom keeps the money and took out 100 dollars .I heard the door open and realized my mom was home.
"Wha....." I grabbed Alexanders arm and ran up the stairs I opened the door to the attic and pushed Alexander in and then I climbed in after him.
"What are we doing?" He asked.
"Hiding." I answered .
"Why?"
"Because if my mom sees us you will be sorry." We sat in the attic for like 15 minutes waiting for my mom to leave the house. She only came home to get money or to raid through her hidden Drug stash.
"so...." Alex said. I hadn't realized how close we were until now.
"Can I ask you question?I'm just curious." I Have been wanting to know.
"sure."He said.
"Why would you move here. To this town. I mean there is nothing here."
"Well I was actually looking for an old friend of mine that lives here. You go to school with her."
"Who is she?" Now I was extremely curious.
"Sophie Walker." Oh of course. The new mysterious guy is in town looking for sophie.
"Oh." That was all I could think of to say. my phone vibrated. It was Jackie.
The witch is gone
Jackie knew how I felt about my mom so he knew we would be hidden far away from her.
"Why?" I asked.
"Why what?" Alexander looked confused.
"Why would you want Sophie?"
" Let's just say she has something I want."
