I Want Out

I heard loud noises coming from the office. I was still in my jail cell. I heard a gun go off. Alex ran into the room with the keys and got me out. "I'm so sorry" he said. He kissed me.

Then I woke up. Alexander hasn't come for me. I'm still here in this cell. Which means he hasn't found the ring yet. I still don't get why he kissed me though. I mean me and Alexander don't like each other in that way. He explained to me that he did not mean to kill sophie and that it was an accident. I dont know why i believe him but I do . I only agreed to stay in jail until he found the ring then he would give it back to those guys and have some one else confess. I would then tell everyone my confession was a lie.
"Ms.Black you have a visitor." A large guard came to tell me. I let him lead me to a big room with people on phones talking to people on the other side of the glass. I came to a stop when I saw Alexander and my mom.
"What are you doing here?" I asked."Have you found the ring?" I knew my mom could not hear what I said so I asked.
"Not yet but I know where it is i just have to get it back."
"What do you mean get it back?"I asked.
"Well I had it but I lost it again." He told me.
My mom snatched the phone from alex.
"Are you happy with yourself. Did you get the attention you wanted. I can't believe my daughter is a murderer." I just stared at her.
"Do you honestly think I planned this?" I asked even though I knew the answer."Well then you can go rot in hell with sophie ."
