"Asylum?!" Sari screamed, dangling over the edge of the cobblestone bridge that towered miles and miles above a ravine.

She took one glance down, but shot her head back up in fear of falling.

Asylum sprinted to the edge.

Just in time to see her fall.

He jumped up in bed, sweat dripping from his dark skin as he looked down at the still Orc laying next to him, sleeping peacefully.

Only a nightmare.

"Oh my gods..." He whispered to himself as he brushed his long shaggy hair back.

He wiped his forehead with his hand as he swung his feet over the side of the bed. He rested his elbows on his knees before burying his face in his palms.

He felt a frigid hand rub the back of his sweaty neck, forcing him to jump at the change of temperature on his skin.

"What's wrong?" Sari's groggy voice asked from behind him as he turned to look at her. She let out a yawn as she cupped his cheek in her cold hands.

"Just, had a nightmare..." He whispered as she nodded.

"Well, come lay down and I'll help you sleep," She spoke as he nodded, peeling off his drenched t-shirt and laying next to her.

He wrapped his arms around her icy body, making him feel so much better.

They sat in a comfortable silence for a few minutes, just listening to each other's soft and steady breathing patterns.

"Be my dreamcatcher..." He whispered as she looked up at him in confusion.

"What? What does that mean?" She asked, arching an eyebrow.

"A dreamcatcher is something that people use to have good dreams. The legend goes, that nightmares get stuck in the webs and good dreams go through. Be my dreamcatcher," He spoke as she listened to every word as if they'd be his last.

"Okay," She whispered as he smiled.

"And I'll be yours," He spoke softly as she smiled and nodded, receiving a kiss on the forehead before the two slowly drifted to sleep.

Smiles on both of their faces.
