Nicole's POV
So, every 100th day of school, all of the 2nd graders from the elementary school come and dress like old people and we have to sit and watch them walk around the halls. And I was so happy to sit next to David. NOT! This is going to be horrible!
So, I sit down and Peyton (David's friend) is sitting in between me and David. David does not make any eye contact with me what so ever (and thanks the heavens for that), so I don't make eye contact with him. But... for some stupid reason, Peyton scoots back and scoots around David so that me and David are right next to each other. One thing led to another and I was playing Oreo with David and Peyton and we were talking. It was like- weird. David lost one of the Oreos and I dared him to ask Jacqueline to date him. But the weirdest thing- I actually enjoyed talking to him.
Anyway, after school, at the park, at the green triangles in shock me and my friend call them 'illuminating triangles', David cane up to me. "Will you go out with me?", he asked in an aggravated way. I could tell he had lost an Oreo. "It depends, are you dead because I would love to see you dead all day", I responded. He rolled his eyes and climbed up on the green triangles and we just talked like at the 100's day parade. There was a bad part though- Peyton and Dani are both hooked on the fact that me and David like each other and it's disgusting. David belongs with Jackie and I ship "Javid" hard. And plus, Marieme likes David and it made her feel bad so I had to argue with Dani and Peyton.
