Pokémon Ash and Angie in Alola

Chapter 3 What's That?

Nobody's POV

Ash and Angie were both sleeping in their beads until suddenly their alarm clock rang waking them both up, at first Ash tried to rush out of bed but he fell over stomach first onto the floor, then Angie tried to rush out of her bed but she fell stomach first on top of ash who was still on the floor.

Angie's POV

Once I fell on the floor I noticed that the fall didn't even hurt, but once I looked under me, I then noticed that I had fallen on top of Ash, however I then realized that this was the closest I've ever gotten to Ash other than touching hands so I tried to make it last longer by pretending to be dazed. Eventually I fell asleep after a few minutes.

Ash's POV

After a few minutes I felt conscious again but I then realized Angie was on top of me I would have said something but then I realized this is the closest we've ever gotten besides holding hands, so I enjoyed it for a few minutes until I suddenly saw that my clock said there's only thirty minutes until class. I quickly woke Angie up and shouted "we're going to be late." This made Angie jump but despite that we quickly got everything ready as quick as a jet but before we left I said to Angie "wait, we have to hold jelly toast between are teeth."

"My bad I almost forgot my anime cliches" Angie said

After we both grabbed a piece of toast we ran down to the Pokémon school as fast as a thunderbolt until we finally arrived and we almost didn't make it in time because the second after we went into the classroom the bell rang.

Kukui giggled and said "I was wandering how much more you two would sleep in."

I thought to myself oh man does that mean Kukui saw us like that? In the end I just went to my seat and said nothing and so did Angie

Mallow's POV

This is odd I know those two like each other so of coarse they'd be together but why'd did they both show up at the last second and why did Kukui act like he was expecting it? I get it now, Angie moved in with Kukui...and Ash.

Angie's POV during lunch

"So Lana how big can Popplio make it's water balloons" I asked

"Wright now they can't become that big without popping after a few seconds" Lana replied

Suddenly Mallow came up to us and asked "hey Angie, while Ash is in the the men's room, can I ask you why you like him so much?"

"Wait you have a crush on Ash?" Lana asked with surprise.

I blushed like crazy and said "no I don't that's crazy talk."

"No way you totally do" said Lana.

"Yup so can you tell us what it is you like about him?" Asked Mallow.

I gave up and said "well it's because we're so much alike, we have the same competitive spirit, appetite, we both have furry electric type partner's and so much more in common, but there's more, you see back in Sinnoh he saved my life twice in one weak despite the fact that he was risking his own life for me. He's overall always there when I need him most."

"That's such a beautiful backstory" Lana began to cry.

"Then why don't you tell him how you feel?" Mallow asked

"Because I'm scared that he doesn't feel the same way" I replied.

"Look Angie everyone gets scared in these situations but you can't run from it forever" said Mallow

"Alright then after class I'll tell him how I feel" I said with determination.

"That's the spirit" said Lana.

Later after class, behind a bush

"Alright I'll just go over their and tell him how I feel" I said.

"You can do this Angie" said Lana

"And remember to ask him out to next Friday's school dance" said Mallow

"I will" I said with confidence before I walked all the way over to Ash.

"Hi Angie what's up" ash asked

"Well can I ask you something Ash" I asked.

"Of coarse Angie" said Ash.

"Here it comes" said Mallow and Lana excitedly in the distance but luckily Ash didn't hear or notice them.

"Um I...I wanted to ask you...what is that bracelet you're wearing" I said in a panic, making Mallow and Lana sigh.

"Oh this it's a" he said before getting cut off.

"We're back numskull" said the first grunt.

"And we ain't losing this Time" said the second grunt.

"You heard them" said the third grunt.

"On second thought I'll just show you Angie" Ash said before the stone in the bracelet started to glow while ash was doing a strange dance, which made Pikachu glow, he then called out "GIGAVOLT HOVOC" and pikachu suddenly fired a god like amount of electricity at the grunts destroying the area and making the grunts go flying.

"Whoa ash what was that and who were they?" I asked with curiousity.

"They're team skull, a group of Pokémon thieves, and the move you saw is called a z move they're really powerful" ash explained.

"How do you get one of those bracelets and gems" I asked with excitement.

"You have to beat a Pokémon trial or a kahuna to get a certain stone" said Ash.

"Alright then I'll get one too and we can face each other in a battle once I get one" I said with determination.

Mallow's POV Over in the bushes

"Dang it she forgot to ask him out, this is going to be harder than I thought" I said with disappointment.

"Well no matter what went wrong they still made progress on strengthening their bonds with one another which is important" said Lana.

"I guess you have a point" I said with a sigh

"Exactly they'll be a couple in no time flat" said Lana.
