~Charlie's POV~

I was walking downstairs when I heard a quiet scraping of the window in the kitchen. I looked around the corner and I saw a person crouched in front of the window. They slipped silently towards me but didn't seem to see me. They froze suddenly seeming to sense me. I pulled out my wand and pointed it at the person. "Locomotor Mortis!" I said but they jumped straight up into the air and the spell slammed into a chair. The person snatched something off the table and ran for the window. Ron and George came running down the stairs and the person froze trapped between me and them. "Dad! There's an intruder in the house!" George yelled. I heard my family come down the stairs and the person seemed to panic. They lunged at George and slammed into him. George tumbled to the floor and the person stepped quickly around Ron who grabbed at the person. They jerked themselves from his grip and jumped for the window. "Stupefy!" It was Bill. The spell smacked into the person's back and they crumpled to the ground. Dad light lanterns so we could see and I saw the figure on the ground. They had long, wavy black hair, tannish skin, and on the hand that I could see they had a scar that looked like someone had burned their hand. Percy shoved them onto their back and I saw a young girl's face. She had sharp facial bones and a very angelic face. It was clear she didn't eat much. The thing she had snatched from the table was actually an apple. George picked it up and set it back in the bowl with the others. Dad reached down and picked the girl up. She was limp in his arms but I could tell something was wrong. Her eyes were moving under her eyelids. "Dad watch out." I said as she suddenly jerked upwards. She kicked Percy in the chest and used where Dad was holding her wrists as leverage to flip over his head. "Brachiabindo!" Bill had launched the spell and it struck the girl in her shoulder. She once again collapsed to the ground but this time wiggled around and growled. She kicked out with her feet and rolled away when Bill tried to grab her. "Stupefy!" I yelled and she once more seemed to fall into unconsciousness. Bill nodded to me and grabbed the girl by the collar of the leather jacket she was wearing. He sat her down on a chair. "Brachiabindo." He undid the binds on her and then tied her to the chair. Ginny came out from near the stairs where she had been hiding. The girl in the chair suddenly opened her eyes and her eyes landed on me. She glared at us and tried to get out of the binds. She looked familiar but I don't think I've ever met her before. "Who are you?" Dad asked. She turned her caramel colored eyes on him. She kept her mouth shut and didn't reply. "Why did you break into my house?" Dad asked. Mum walked out into the kitchen and sat next to Dad. "Kids go back to sleep. We'll deal with this." Mum said. Fred and George looked at each other and Mum gave them the stink eye. They sighed and headed upstairs. "Percy, Bill, Charlie. You stay." I heard Dad say. I stood in the back of the kitchen.
