CHAPTER 2: THE BOY

MATT'S POV 

Hi my name is Cedric Matthew de la Rino, 17 years old and a freshman from a well known university sa U belt. Well, I have a confession to make, I am a certified bookworm :). Lahat nang pwedeng basahin ay binabasa ko. And my den is our school library, halos araw araw nandoon ako and read. I love fantasy and adventure novels.

But lately I was hook up with a different addiction. And that's computer games. Naadik na ako don at araw araw ko nang nilalaro yon. I just can't help but smile. I literally changed in a spam of 1 week simula nong nakalaro ako ng Antroxiac. The once nerd, obedient son turned out to be a rebel... how sad.

"So, Mr. de la Rino, what's with that smile?" oppsss meet my professor, Mr. Sanchez, he is the most optimistic teacher in a whole wide world and he is my Constitution professor.

"Ahmmnnn, I was wondering sir, how can you say that life is wonderful if your life is not that good? I mean, why looking to something good if in reality you wallet hurts?"

Ganyan talaga ako may pagkacynical at pessimist minsan. So ayon, for the rest of our period, my professor tried to convince me that life is so good and trials are minor setbacks for the goal we have set. Professor bat talaga si sir or pari? Nyahahahah... Nakalimutan ta na may test kami. Well, plano ko rin yon kasi lately I did not study well.. kasalanan ito ni Antroxiac eh.. :).

Who is Antroxiac? Or shall I say What is Antroxiac?

Antroxiac, is a Role Playing Online Game. You have to choose your character from a different class.

* Goblins- shrewd and cunning and master swordsman. 

* Dark Mage- the herald of death, plague personified they are the mages engrossed in curses and use dark power to kill its enemy and friends. 

* Cyclops- the defender known for its brute strength and life. Ito yung tanke dito. 

* Necromancer- the summoner, who uses dark magic to summon dead and make it as her pet. 

* Dark Elves- the agiles, either in katana or bow, they move in the wind and kill its prey in a wink of an eye. 

Your goal is not to bring peace, but rather to help destroy the world and kill Michael, the king of Elysian. It has been a famous game, for you know it is not an ordinary online game na nilalabanan ang masasama. Ito ini encourage ka to do bad and rebel teenage like me, was easily hook up with it. Naadik na ata ako nang husto kaya minsan kahit 2 am na nang medaling araw ako nakakatulog. Nakakinis kasi ang latest dungeon ko sa Mercury eh, panu papatayin ang CALM? Yeah right calm, kalma, mahinahon. Nakakalahati lang ako nang life nito ay ubos na ang oras., bad trip and I have 6 planets more before going to Elysian.

To finish the game, you have to travel to seven planets and destroy the seven VIRTUES and help SINS dominate the entire system. Once done to are eligible to enter the Elysian and challenge Michael, its king. At wala pang nakakapunta don. First world pa lang eh hirap na hirap na kami. How much more with the remaining six planet. After school punta agad sa net shop, ito ung uso eh nakikiuso na rin ako.

"Where have you been?" Patay huli ako ni erpats, 10 pm n kasi at ngaun lang ako nakauwi. Englisero ahahaha...

"ahmm, group study po, my test sa constitution.." katwiran ko. I was taking up accountancy at prerequisite un, hindi man kayo maniwala pero scholar ako with a capital letter S... promise.. Honesto :). Isn't it amazing?

"Atleast you have texted us at hindi yong pinag-alala mo kami.. hay nako kung alam mo lang ang hirap at pagod naming nang mama mo ..."

"Hep.. hep," awat ko," alam ko na yang pa and I intend to be a CPA someday.." adik man maituturing may pangarap naman ako..

"Asahan ko yan ha. Go eat and sleep."

Yey! Nakalusot ulit ako, talino ko aahahah. I eat my cold supper and went to bed. Hay Antroxiac, sana matapos n kita.

SOMEONE'S POV

"Ragious dapat matupad na ang plano. Nalalapit na ang paggising ni Ama.."

"Ok na kapatid, malapit na siya sa atin.."

"Mabuti, ipatawag mo ang lima pa, kailangan magawa ang plano sa lalong madaling panahon.."

"Sureness utol ko.."
