Red Reaper

Setting: Back in the hydra base a few hours later

*Red Reaper's p.o.v.*

"The hell happened here?" Comes a familiar voice

"What is it Witch?" Comes another slightly less familiar voice

"Witch, Soldier; welcome back," I say as I turn to them

"Shit," Witch says at the sight of my blood bathed body

"Watch your mouth," Soldier snaps at her

"You wouldn't be saying that if you could see what I'm seeing right now," Witch mumbles to her

"Don't need to see it," Soldier replies, "I can feel the death in the room."

"What can I say?" I ask calmly with a smile, "they hurt Rinter."

"I take it you're Red Reaper then?" Soldier asks

"One and only," I say with a side laugh

"Where is Red?" Witch asks

"Winter took Rinter," I say, "and you two are going to help me find and get her back."

"Why would we?" Witch sneers

"Because you two work well together, you both have a connection of sorts with him; because I could end you both if you don't, reanimate you and force you to help me and because she is my sister!" I says my words quickening to yelling, "I Don't Want The World, Just Rinter!"

"Alright, alright; pipe down already," Witch grumbles, "we'll help."

"Good," I say

"And I thought you were annoying when you were just a hot headed pyromaniac," she grumbles

"How did your mission go by the way?" I ask already knowing full well that they failed

"She's been in cryofreeze since 2015," Witch say gesturing to Soldier

"I'm a bit rusty," Soldier says with a sad tone

"It's fine," I say dryly, "you'll have plenty of time to brush up on your skills Soldier..."

"I will?" She asks

"I'm not putting you back in cryofreeze; are you Witch?" I ask

"..." Witch glares at me for a moment, "too much of a hassle," she says finally

"Witch; you help her freshen her skills," I say

"Whatever you say Reaper," she says in a monotone voice

"What're you gonna do?" Soldier says as Witch starts to lead her to the base training room

"I'm going to start planing how we're going to get my sister back," I say smirking-not that she can actually see it

I can't believe the psychopath took out the whole of this base single handedly; I mean the last time Reaper was awake-that I've heard of at least-was when him and Rinter first appeared when I came out of the incubator back in 09, and even then, he was nothing without her powers. If Reaper is more powerful as a walking, talking corpse than he was as living, breathing human, then...does that mean Red is actually the weaker twin? Back in 09 they were unstoppable together-or so I heard-which is why they were never allowed on any other assignment together; but Red was the strong or rather more powerful of the two, then Reaper died back in 11 and reanimated himself. Of course! Why wouldn't a guy who can control the dead be more powerful doing it once he is dead rather than when he's alive. Holy shit, they pretty much represent life and death!
