Hey guys! Thanks for all the reads, this is so awesome. Sorry this is a kinda short chapter but there is more things to come. This is kinda just a filler. :) Enjoy!

Damon's POV

"Damon?" She whimpered before passing out from too much Vervain.

"It's okay Elena, I'm right here." I brushed the hair from her face.

She was just as beautiful as I remembered. I sure have missed her, I couldn't refrain from touching her.

She was out, it was too much vervain. I'll just take her back to the boarding house.

Elena's POV

My head hurt's, I must have just woken up. I looked at my surroundings & they looked very familiar. 

The Salvatore boarding house... The other man was Damon.

"Damon? Damon?" I sounded weak. What happened to me.

"Finally you're awake, You okay Elena?" he asked.

I started sobbing, All these feelings of what happened with Kyle and Just seeing Damon again overwhelmed me.

I ran over to the couch where Damon was sitting and started to hug him, "Is it really you?" I asked.

"Yes Lena, It is really me." He answered. He hugged tightly back. 

"I've missed you, And you're actually the main reason I am back. I'm .. sorry for leaving you. You lost you him too and I'm so selfish." I cried some more. 

"Shhhh.. Shh. It's okay Elena, we all cope with things in different ways. All that matters is your back. I mourned him and got over him, I was in deep depression for a while but I got through. But, I've missed you terribly," He said as he pushed some my hair back to my ear then wiped the tears and kissed my forehead.

"I missed you too, I came back. The feelings were strong and urging me to come back. Since we left off in an odd spot," I sighed.

"I still have all the same feelings, but you're tired so let's not get into that conversation right now," He said.

"I plan to go slow, I'm still lost without Stefan. But I'm here Damon, I don't want to leave again.." I said half asleep.

"You don't have to Lena, I'm here no matter what," He said.

I was almost fully asleep but I heard that.

I opened my eyes to sudden sunshine blinding me. I couldn't feel my head on Damon's chest so he must have left early this morning, normally I'd be able to feel him move. I looked down and saw a note 

" Dear Lena, 

I had to leave to go meet Bon about Kyle last night. Caroline know's you're safe at the boarding house so no worries. I didn't want to wake you up you looked so precious so I left this note. Please don't leave until I get back at least. You're welcome here anytime and while I'm gone feel free to take a shower.  I have a nice robe you can put on, nice and comfy and a great sight for me.

Damon... How I missed you and your flirty comments. It felt like  home again..
