The real surprise

Elena's POV

I yawn as I feel a pair of arms snaked around my torso, pile of white sheets covering half of my body.

"Good morning," Stefan yawns out as he slides his arms off of me to stretch.

He then engulfs me in a hug

"Good morning, " I yawn out in discomfort, it didn't feel the same as before.

Next thing I know my stomach starts to churn and I race towards the toilet.

"Ugh, I wasn't ready for this part of pregnancy, so nasty."

On my way out I notice Damon trudging through the hallway.. very upset like. He looks to me and then disappointingly looks away.

"Did you feed last night, you okay?" I asked..

"Yep, completely fine Elena, walking on sunshine." He said harshly then kept walking.

Maybe it was because me and Stefan slept in the same room? Maybe I should go see.
So I go down the stairs into the kitchen to see Stefan and Damon in the kitchen.

I then oddly look down to see my stomach had grown some since I looked before I had gotten sick..

"Um," I say out loud very freaked out. Normally in pregnancy this wouldn't happen..

"Oh, right. So Bonnie warned me that the transfer from you to Caroline took a while that's why it took Caroline a while to get pregnant after I died. And she was about 5 months pregnant and then the baby transferred back to you.. so there might be a bit of a fast progression with the baby. But you'll be able to handle it since you're a vampire, the baby almost killed Care. The next few hours of today you'll probably start filling into the baby belly and look like you're about 5 months along." Stefan said.

"Wow. So this is happening sooner then I thought it would be.." I exclaimed.. it's exciting.

Damon gave a swift look at her very slightly bumped stomach and then walked out of the kitchen.
Man what was wrong with him? Everything was good before.

Then I felt some weird flutters in my stomach as I started for the stairs, must be the baby growing. 

Then I walk into the room me and Stefan slept in, I found a distraught Damon.

"What's wrong?" I ask sadly.

"Elena. Look, I knew it would be the best that you got back with him. But I didn't think it would be so fast that you'd hop to him. Just right after cutting it off with me." He said

"Damon, I'm sorry, I'm confused. I felt very uncomfortable this morning waking up next to him." Then I look down and feel my stomach noticing it slightly grow more since I last look and feel a little movement.

"Look Elena, don't take it to heart. I just wish I was the one in Stefan's place, I wish it was our baby. I wish we were becoming a family. Made me think, you slept with Stefan and conceived, I feel a bit proud though. We've slept together once, around the same time you last slept with him. I'm proud and sad to say that it was a chance that miracle could have happened to us," in that moment Damon realized my stomach kept growing by the moment and the baby started to kick more and more as I sat from the discomfort, "mind if I feel Lena?" He asked.

"Yeah go ahead," I said as I directed his hand and continued, "right here, but I see how you could feel, but I am gonna tell Stefan that I just need time. I think I wanna see some sort of psychic for the baby. Would you wanna come? Please I'd love to talk, minus Stefan."

"Yes I'd love to go Lena, how does that feel?" He asked as he rubbed where the baby was kicking.

"It seems to like you Damon, very excited for you to feel. My stomach only started growing so fast when you walked in, very weird." I said, "well know of any psychics? That are aware of vampires? And please don't tell Stefan?" I questioned.

Damon smirked, "yes I know a few."

Damon's POV

I'm so overly joyed Elena came to me for this help, something is just all so suspicious with this scenario..

"Well, here we are Elena," man it's been so long, this bar is always been as I remember it..

"Why are we in a bar? I'm pregnant." She wondered jokingly.

"My psychic friend is a bar tender and owner of this place. Hey Nadine!" I boomed as she came out.

" why I see we have some weird unexplainable events, let's go to the back," Nadine exclaimed, noticing the pregnant vampire right away.

" You could sense I was a vampire?" Elena asked, as we walked into the back room of the bar.

" Yes, it's odd for a vampire to be pregnant, but I've seen it. It happens rarely, but between two vampires.. Normally happens when two vampires get intimate while one has a sire bond to the other. Which is rare because normally sire bonds never happen. And you can only be sired to the persons blood that changed you, if a vampires blood can do that, they're special, and also hard to find." She coughed.

What?

"Um that cannot be right. It's mine and Stefan's baby, I was never sired to him.." Elena choked out..
