Farewell My Friend
You bid your saddest goodbye
Giving me a hug, put tears on my eyes
You slightly wave your hand
Telling me that you'll never back again.
You then cross the naughty road
Letting me in lonesome as you go aboard
You let me drowning in river of tears
Where I can do nothing just reminisce memories.
It will be miles away from you
Miles of gap between me and you
Distance that will change everything
But I know in real, it would be nothing.
Maybe across the path I'll see you
Who knows somewhere I'll catch glimpse of you
Or stumble on each other as we walk
Looking on each eyes and do the talk.
Maybe we can repeat those times
Like a rain repeatly falling on mine
Maybe we can just be that way again
Do the things and sip coffee on train.
I know we can catch those absences
And cry and feel each other's shoulders
I know I will still hear those words
The words that you always kept and hold.
Maybe someday we will
And I know we will be that still
But now I'll just hold my pen
While writing the words, farewell to you my friend.
