Riley Matthew's
It's been three weeks since we all went to Philadelphia. I'm currently laying on my floor because my back hurts. I hear my window open.
"It's your favorite person." I hear my enthusiastic boyfriend say.
"Maya?" I joke. He scoffs. I sit up. He bends down and kisses me.
"I'm kidding." I say and lay back down.
"I know. Wait why are you just laying on the floor." He asks and lays next to me.
"My back really hurts. And my dad always told me to do this." I answer. He nodded.
"Stand up." He says abruptly
"What?" I ask.
"Just stand up." I roll my eyes and listen. I stand up and face Farkle. I have to look up to him. He is so tall. He motioned for me to turn around. He tightly wrapped his arms around my waist. And lifted me up. I heard my back Cracking. He put me down. I turned to him. My back felt better. I stood on my toes and kissed him. I heard my door open and quickly backed away. No one knows about Farkle and I yet. Well accept Maya and Josh. Because Josh saw us kissing and ran to Maya. I looked in the doorway and saw it was just Maya. She looked nervous. She was trying to hide it but I can tell.
"Um Farkle I'll meet you at the cafe. I need to talk to Maya." He nodded and kissed me. I shut the door behind him.
"What's wrong." I said quickly. We sat in the bay window.
"I'm late." She squeaked.
"Are you and Josh." I cleared my throat. "Careful."
"I thought we were." She said quietly.
"I'm going to tell you something no one else knows." I sighed.
"A year ago. I was in a casual relationship. The guy was amazing but I was in a bad place. The evidence they had on a suspect in my dad's murder fell through. And I turned into kind of a whore." She gasped. "Anyway. I got pregnant. And before I could tell anyone or make a decision I got in a car accident and lost the baby."  I felt tears clouding my eyes.
"Riles I need to take a test." I nodded. I wiped my eyes and stood up. We walked out to the living room.
"Maya your here. Why haven't you been answering me." We turned around to see Josh. She looked nervous.
"Uhm Josh Maya and I have to be somewhere. We'll talk to you later." I said quickly. I pulled Maya out the door.
"Thank you." She said as we got outside. We walked in silence to the drug store. She bought a test and went in the bathroom. A few minutes later she came out. She looked relieved. She shook her head.
"Oh thank God." I said with a heavy sigh. She laughed and we walked to the cafe. Farkle came over to our table.
"Riley can I talk to you."  He asked softly.
"I should go talk to Josh anyway. Bye Riles. Bye Freakle."
"Bye peaches." Farkle gave her a small wave. He sat down. I looked around.
"What are we doing later." He said as he took a sip of my drink. I snatched it away from him.
"What I always do that." He looked hurt. I scoffed and grabbed his wrist. I pulled him in the back room. I tightly shut the door and pushed him against the wall. I roughly kissed him. He turned me around so my back was against the wall. He wrapped an arm around my lower back. His hand was in my back pocket. He started kissing my neck. I smiled and pushed him away.
"You can't do things like drink out of my cup in public. No one's supposed to know about us." I said harshly.
"Smiley I want to show you off. I want to kiss you and hold your hand in public." He pouted.
"I know. But isn't it hotter keeping it a secret. If everyone knows we'll have no reason to make out in the storage room or spend the weekends upstate." My uncle Shawn has a cabin upstate that he never uses.
"Your right. But if we don't tell people soon one of us is gonna slip up and everyone's gonna find out." He said with a heavy sigh.
"I know. It's Friday so am I getting the train tickets or are you."
"I'll get them. Meet at the train station at 5." He said softly.
"Meet you at 5." I turned to walk out. He spun me around so my body was inches away from his. He pulled me closer so my body was pressed against his.
"I'll bring chocolate strawberries." I laughed. He kissed me softly and loosened his grip on me. I waved goodbye and walked back out to the cafe. I grabbed my bag and walked home.
