The rush to lunch sweeps me to the cafeteria. Eyes scanning the cafeteria, I land on Meredith, Cristina and O'Malley seated around a table. I go to join them, sitting down with a pleasured sigh.

"That feels so good." I nearly moan.

"Am I missing out?" Karev slides into the seat next to me, signature smirk posed upon his face.

"You're nasty, Alex. Know that?" Cristina berates him and he just sits there and grins.

"Charlotte's the nasty one, actually. You should have seen her with Thorne. You know, the crazy one?" Alex spills.

"You were hooking up with a patient?" George O'Malley looks scandalized. His baby face is positively shocked.

"I did NOT. Nothing even happened. Karev is just obsessed with me." I roll my eyes, spooning strawberry yogurt into my mouth.

"He called you hot. No, not hot. Positively sinful. He said you looked like you enjoyed behind manhandled. I mean, I found it very arousing." he leans back in his chair, legs spread. Alex's suggestive gesture makes me want to gag.

"A patient wants to get in your pants?" Izzie laughs as she sits down across from me.

"Nothing is going to be getting in my pants!" K exclaim. The table falls deathly silent, and looking around, their terribly concealed laughter angers me. "You guys are horrible friends, know that?"

"I want to be more than friends, so count me out." Karev gets up, shoots me a suggestive wink and swaggers out as if he owns the place.

"God, he's so entitled! What is his issue?" I fume.

"He's like this with everyone, Char. Don't sweat it." Meredith assures me, and yet I'm not convinced.

Whispers have been floating around Seattle Grace and I've only been able to latch onto the fact that they surround Izzie's lingerie campaigns. My blood simmers at the idea of the gossip. Izzie is the one close friend I've made here, the one person that knows what to say when I feel like the work isn't worth it. Don't people have anything better to do?

"I don't care, Charlotte. Seriously." she picks at her muffin with distaste.

"I do! It's so incredibly misogynistic."

"Char, you think everything is some form of an -istic." she teases.

"Uh huh. Come on, Iz. We have to get changed."

George stands in the doorway of the locker room, eyes skittering and he's clearly hiding something.

"George, I love you. Now move." I command.

"I... can't." he stutters. Izzie shoves past him and what greets the two of us stops my heart for a split second. Pictures upon pictures upon pictures of Izzie Stevens half naked are plastered on every free surface of the room.

"Shhh... everyone. Bethany Whisper is in the room." Karev mocks. One day, I will slap him in the face so hard he sees stars. I swear, after he said that I've never seen Iz go so ballistic. She pulls a 2007 Britney Spears, except instead of hair, she tears off her clothes. Speechless, I flounder for words after she finishes. A panting half naked woman in the middle of a locker room filled with men. I'm shocked Alex Karev doesn't have a massive erection. Izzie storms out, and I'm torn between chasing after her and chewing Dr. Karev out. Weighing the two options, I stomp over to Dr. Karev. Quieted, the meek doctors file out of the locker room, for once silent. Once we're alone, I'm unleashed.
