((Ok look, I lost interest in Fnaf for quite some time ;-; but I found the motivation to update! There's a possibility I might discontinue this book but I'm still kickin'! I'm not going to give up that easily. Anyways, if you're still reading this book, thank you so much. It means a lot to have come this far and still have readers. Thanks guys :,) ))
"...Wow." Your mouth moved on its own, uttering the small word as your eyes graced upon the slightly chipping walls, creaky wooden floors, and dimly lighten windows.
"This is amazing! Can you believe this Springtrap? We finally have our own place!" Your voice reached around the room you currently stood in. Springtrap glanced around, studying every little detail. He was very happy for you, especially seeing your eyes light with excitement and that beautiful smile appear on your face... but something just didn't seem right; He felt tense in this house, even slightly suspicious about such a place. This whole house made him want to keep you in his sight or stand a little closer to you.
"...Yeah, this place is.. great." He managed to make out the words, being half enthusiastic, half monotonous.
His attention was quickly grabbed as you excitedly ran to each doorway near to the room.
"Woah, there's two hallways! How fancy!" you managed to say through a laugh,"There's even a small, extra room right here." You pointed out, seeing a dusty looking chair directly in the middle of the tiny hallway. That's a bit strange...
Springtrap could tell you had found something off about the room you looked into, going quiet for a second before shaking it off.
"Hey (Y.n), I'm going to get a few boxes from the, what is it... moving truck? Yeah, moving truck." He explained partly to you, partly to himself.
"Alright Love." You said with a single wink and laugh. He blushed for a moment at the pet name you called him before going to the moving truck (surprisingly fitting in the garage) and taking a few boxes out. Picking them up in a stack, he headed back into the house and set them down. He looked around for you, not seeing you in the current room, making him internally panic.
"Springtrap, look at what I've just found!" You uttered excitedly, carrying something small and cuddly in your arms. Springtrap looked down at the object, his mechanical gears practically stopping.
"...(Y.n), where did you find that..?" He asked with a fearful look in his eyes.
"I found it in the closet. Cute little fox plush, righ-" You looked up to see his face tense with.. fear..?
"Are you ok? What's wrong?" You spoke up, dropping your arms to your sides as you looked at him with worry. He placed a paw on your shoulder, holding you tightly as he looked into your eyes.
"This place isn't safe. That plush- that fox isn't safe." He exclaimed, pointing to the plush. You looked at him with concern clearly written across your features.
"..W-what do you mean..?" You asked with curiosity and fear.
"It's the same fox you saw over at the attraction. The same animatronics that had the intention of killing you." His voice wavered with the thought of losing you. He couldn't bear the thought- not for a second. It brought his mind back to the threat Purple had uttered. Speaking of Purple Guy... he hadn't heard from him for a while now.
"-ing? Spring, are you ok? Please, answer me." You said worriedly. Springtrap picked up his head, glancing to your frightened form. The look on your face pained him. The last thing he wanted to do was scare you like this.
"Yes, I'm alright. I'm just.. thinking about what we can do." He said as you stepped closer to him. He noticed this, gently placing his arms around you and giving you a comforting hug.
"Hey, everything's ok. Look, some kid possibly left that plushie here. We'll be fine, ok? You're safe." He hushed out while you rested your tired eyes for a moment, opening them back up to look into his.
"Yeah, you're probably right," a smile appeared on your face, the smile he usually found so adorning, "it's not the end of the world. Look at me, getting all worked up about a plush." You gave a laugh. A nervous laugh, but in a more eased tone.
"Now, we should finish unpacking everything. If you want, I can stay in your room tonight- for reassurance that is." He said as he rubbed the back of his neck nervously. He found out, due to Purple Guy, that some... intimate things go on in a room- a bedroom to be more specific.
You gave a nod of your head with a small giggle.
"Yeah, that'd be nice." And with that, he let you go as you moved back over to the garage to unpack.
Meanwhile, Springtrap stood thoughtfully.
'This place can't really be haunted.. can it..? If it is- that could mean- no. No no no- anything but that.' His eyes widened as he gripped his head.
'...(Y.n) can't find out about this. She has to stay safe.' He finally promised to himself. He'll go to any length to make sure you'll be alright.
'Even if that means I'm my own threat.'
