Testing it out 💉

   Cloud looked at the serum. He doesn't really have anything to test it on, since everyone else was still asleep. He had woken up very early. Cloud however, was still curious about it. He couldn't stop thinking about the serum, so he decided to wake up Alex, and ask him to test the serum for him.

   He goes into Alex's room and taps him gently. "Alex.." He says softly. "I need you to test this out. But I think it's kinda dangerous so be careful."

Alex woke up and nodded. Then the two of them go downstairs to do testing and observing on the serum.

   Alex and Cloud inject a little tiny bit of the serum into a  book. Nothing happened for a bit but soon it turned into a shade of purple. It leaped to life  and flapped around as the pages burnt at the corners and edges. Cloud quickly caught it in a cage of shadows before it can bump into anything and disturb anyone. Then, there was a sudden knock at the door.

   Cloud struggles to keep the book contained while Alex goes to open the door. Standing in the doorway, was Luna holding a potion in her hand. She looked at Alex, her ears twitched and she smiled politely. "Hi Alex.."

Alex did the same. "Mm, hi." Luna tilts her head slightly. "Mm.. May I come in?"

   Alex steps to the side and gestures for her to come inside. "Yes. Cloud Luna is here."
"O-oh! Let her i-in please..!" "Already did."

She goes over to Cloud and sees a book that he's dealing with. "You tested it with a book??" She asked a bit surprised. "I mean Alex did. But yeah. We put a little bit into it.." Cloud says. Luna laughs. "Haha I tested it on a leaf!"

"How'd that work out for you?" There was a sense of sass in Cloud's voice, which was very rare. Luna smirks "Your getting sassy.. Anyways, it attacked me, then Ember attacked it with a fireball. And Skye healed it. The monster turned back into a normal leaf afterwards.

"O-h." Cloud stutters. He was having difficulty containing the book, from what Luna had noticed. "Here I'll help you.." She pours a drop on the book and it turns back to normal.

The book fell right into Cloud's arms. "Thanks.." He said. "No problem. If that serum works on non living things, it must be strong stuff." "Yeah.."

"I wonder where it's coming from, though." Alex wonders. "That's exactly what I'm wondering.. Does this work on elements, is my question..? Maybe?" Luna questions.

"Want to test that?" Cloud asks. "On who, exactly?" "You can test it on me," Cloud says. No fear in his voice. Luna stared blankly at him "... What."

She hands the needle over to Alex. "I don't wanna have to be the one to inject you.." Alex examines the needle full of the purple colored serum. "We.. Should probably do this outside..?" He suggests.

   "Yeah.. If we do it in here, the house is gonna get wrecked." And so, the three went outside to do further experimentation with the mysterious serum.
