The wounded went on the cart while the rest of us went on horse. I looked at everyone. They seemed very traumatised. I saw a comrade on Hanjis squad crying. She had something in her hand while her other hand held the rains of her horse.
I was very curious of what she had in her hands, so I got a bit closer. I could finally see. It was a jacket and I could see in between some brown hair. That's when it hit me.
I immediately look at captains back. That could have been me or him. Well... He wouldn't do what that woman is doing. He... I gess he would just feel hurt and sad, like with Petra. He's a captain, he needs to show authority and security, so I gess that's a reason why he wouldn't do that.
- Separate. -Commander ordered and all of my squad head faster towards the end of the forest.
- Hurry up! -Captain yells at us.
- Watch out! -Connie yells from behind.
A titan heads our way from our left side. We didn't see it in time. We all get off our horses and use our 3DMG. We were at the edge of the forest. From the branch were I stood, I could see the field that had the rest of the survey corps running on there horses.
Captain went at the titan while making some turns on the trees untill getting to his nape.
- Another one! -Historia yells from the branch above me.
The titan heads my way. I then start moving towards it while I see from the edge of my eye Historia doing the same thing. If I get closer we could both get ourselves killed. I let Historia take the lead and I regret it because the titan cought her.
- Damn it! -She yells and I cut the titans arm, just in time before she was totally crushed by his hand.
I make a turn and then I take the titan down. After that I hurry down to Historia and help her. I then look at captain. He was in a really high branch.
- Sorry. -Historia said.
- It's alright. You gave me a scare. -I tell her and then we see everyone get on there horses.- Let's go.
We hurry with the others and hear at the same time another titan get close. I see captain at front, his hair move because of the speed. I wish for this to stop.
- It's getting closer! -Sasha yelled from the back.
- Hurry up then! -Captain yelled.- I don't want any losses!
My heart beat was more like a heart attack. And each time I remembered something I felt even more pain.
Stay, he said last night. He then hugged me. His body heat making me nervous under the covers. I love him so much and this whole situation makes me wanna stop time. Makes me wanna even... Die.
- _______! -He yells.- Get your shit together cadet! You're staying behind!
- Yes sir! -I answer and hurry my horse.- It's getting closer!
- We know that damn it! Don't stay behind! -He yells and I feel the grownd tremble because of the titan.- We're almost at the wall!
I feel like we're not ganna make it. Eren seems pissed. He may wanna turn into a titan. We see the others ahead of us, going up the wall already. They seem ready to take down the titan that's coming.
- C'mon guys! -Jean yells with pressure.
- I'll stop him! You guys go ahead! -Captain yells.
- We're almost there! -I yell at him.
- We won't make it if we keep it up like this! The horses won't make it!
- Captain! I can take him down! -Eren yells.
